We do marketing a lot and we use goldmine to store our database, but we need to make sure that we dont market to the same lead more than once at any given marketing campaign. Pretty much filtering the leads to avoid redundancy during campaigns.

We have a list of doctors in an access database. Very simple table, two fields – doctorID and PostCode.

6) the client should make monthly payments, if the payment is not received after 1 month, the access for the client should be suspended and automatically restored once the payment was completed.
7) the client should have access only to his own previously filled and saved application forms.
Admin end.
1) admin should be able to add/delete clients(users), change their passwords, restore access to suspended accounts.

We are looking for an application to work on a tablet computer Windows XP, that works disconnect from a network all day, and only syncs to a desktop once a day at night time. Basically we will be using older tablets so it has to simple and not to complex. We are looking to replace some of our paper forms that we have to be on a tablet so that an individual can fill out the form on the tablet

I have this access db (.mdb format) that is locked in some way, I get this error when trying to open it in Access … "you do not have the necessary permissions to use …". FYI, I dont know its version but when opening in a text editor, I see that its a JET DB which will certainly give you a clue on the version

Currently we have an invoice and reporting system using Access 2000, we import a delimited text file, that is in a sequential order, which populates the database that the queries pull from. Currently Access is setup to work on a text file layout of the current delimited text file (sequential order is important), we now have two new text files, which need to be merged and put into the same delimited format as the older file in order to use our current Access program.
If you cannot merge the text files then need the Access program to be altered to use the old layout and configured to accept the two new delimited text files in order to populate the same reports.
Must have proven background in Access, need this done ASAP 2-3 day timeframe

I need a script that will do the following:
1) take a 1 million record CSV (customer contact info, name address etc)
2) export and rename seperate CSVs based on common values in one column (in this case the customers come from different websites, and the exported CSVs need to be one per website of origin)
Example Original file:
Original.CSV:

name, email, websiteA
name, email, websiteB
name, email, websiteB
Desired output:
Original_websiteA.csv
name, email, websiteA
name, email, websiteA
Original_websiteB.csv

Obviously these files are way too big for Excel. I have and would prefer some sort of Filemaker Pro script to automat ethis process but I am open to any other solution that can work on a Mac or a webserver.
THis should be very easy and cheap for somebody who knows what they are doing!

I have a property management company and I need a moderate database. Im wanting to load the property into the system with address and mortgage payment amounts. Records are batch imported to a table with an email address and start date. Based on that start date we need an Access send mail routine that triggers transmission of an email based on age for day 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 of each record in the table. The emails sent on day 5,10,15,20,25,30 are stored as HTML somewhere on the file system. Keep in mind that records are continuously added and the routine needs to flag when each email is sent.
For example, if a record is added on 1/1/10 and the routine is not run until 1/12/10 then the logic needs to trigger 2 emails (day 5 and day 10) since 12 days have passed since the routine was last run.
All emails to be sent out are first compiled into a table for verification before sending.
On day 30 after the final email is send the record is moved from the active table into an expired table and no additional processing is required.

Im interested in building a web page for users who logged in to my site.
Im in the middle of building the site and need extra hand for building it.
The page is quite simple, it will be used for a site that is managing events.
Basically the user can schedule events in different organizations.
What I need is a page to show the user once he logged in the site.
the page will contain 3 sections:
1. It will have events section, showing events that already happen and those which will happen (the events are already in the DB, all I need is a page that is showing them and allows to cancel events).
2. It will have a personal details section, showing some data regarding the user (some are editable to the user).
3. It will have a messages section, showing messages from the organizations (also exist in the DB, just need to show them)
thats it… pretty simple.

its platform is ASP.NET (written with C#) and in all pages, AJAX is used as default.
As a DB we are currently using MS Access.

I am attempting to create a database for my company and Im afraid I lack experience. I know exactly what I need though and have started work using open office as this is the only database software that I have licence to use. {though I have a few tables created with access 2003 during a trial period with it. I need a database programmer that is prepared to work with me to eventually develop a self contained database.
At first, this contract is for one small database made from tables that I will supply from Open Office. I want the database to be user friendly and ideally self contained. It would be an advantage if the data was able to be viewed/entered via a web page (local or online).
I have enough knowledge to know that this is quite a straightforward project for an experienced programmer and hence the low price. But if the successful programmer does deliver the requirements then the contract will continue for the entire project.

Original application was made with DOT NET Frame Work 2.

I need an electronic catalogue that will run from an executable or install from an executable. This catalog will need to be able to select products by part number and application (it is an auto-part catalog). I would prefer it be done in Visual Basic. I currently have all the info needed in an access database. I would prefer this be a secure application so maybe an alternative database can be suggested. I would also need an easy way to update the database we create.
It would need to run on most Windows platforms and be in English and/or French. I will need the full source code (detailed comments preferred) at the end of the project. The project will include full copyrights as well.
