I need Email Lists of any categories, but must be from rich/wealthy countries and english speaking ones. You must mention to which category your list belongs to. I dont want software harvested Email Lists, they are totally inactive, have high rates of bouncing, and are useless for me. I am very interested in quality, and only a little in quantity. I have created two other projects just for the same requirements and no list has been good so far.

Here is a list of requirements:

1- Emails MUST be from English speaking countries.
2- Emails should be preferably from active, and people who read emails. They also should have money to buy products (no poor countries).
3- Must provide a sample of at least 2500 emails for a test so I can get a percentage of views.
4- Must include the term "I agree with your requirements" in your bid or PM.
5- Must NOT require upfront payments.
6- Must explain HOW you received your email lists.
7- You must know that once again Im interested in QUALITY, and not quantity.
8- Emails must be from active categories (niches) and you must mention where they are from (if possible).
9- Email must be active, fresh, and have high quality.
10- If you cant do all requirements, you MUST mention that in the PM/bid.
11- I expect and need a high rate of email views (AT LEAST 10%).

Once again, Im interested in quality, not quantity. I dont believe, or want, neither need big lists with small percentage of views because they are simply a waste of time. Can choose more than one provider.
