Quality back links for my website
We are seeking 600 PR5+ permanent, one-way, backlinks for one site. We will provide you 1 URL with 1 Key Phrase (4 words). We require all backlinks to be from different sites. If you do a good job on this, I have 12 other sites that need the same thing within the next several months.
Backlinks on URLS should be active straight away. We expect them to be picked up in search engines within 72 hours.
The link builder should be highly experienced – please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Description
We are an escort agency in Canada seeking freelance SEO services to improve the SERP of our website in Google for locally competitive two keyword search phrase(s). The first step of our SEO program is an analysis of the link power behind a competing agency website which ranks higher than our site, near the first page for the same two keyword phrase(s).
Our focus is to understand our competitors links that power their SERP so as to guide our subsequent SEO link-building program. While there are other factors that influence SERP, from our own analysis we do not believe that on-page optimization or keyword density differences sufficiently explain the rank that they hold over our sites position. Powerful links are the key, and our competitor ranks high in the midst of escort directories that typically have a large number of incoming links from escort websites that advertise in the directory. (Escort directories typically rank high in Google for this reason). Domain age is also a significant factor, but again, we do not believe that it completely explains their rank. We want to know if there is anything in their link-building execution that we can use to our advantage to leap-frog our mutual competitors at the very least.
Deliverable
The deliverable is a competitor analysis report written in English that comprehensively identifies the key incoming links that power our competitors SERP in Google.
The report will prioritize the links according to the expected boost they provide to SERP (e.g. High PR links over Low PR links, Authoritative links over other links, One-way links over Reciprocal links,White Hat links over Black Hat links, etc.) Any links that do not provide any SEO value are not to be included in the report. (e.g. "nofollow", "noindex" links). Link information will be provided in an Excel document with the following information:
– URL of the page linking to our competitor website
– IP of the link page
– Google PR of the link page
– Title of the link page
– Anchor Text used for the link to our competitor website
– Link is One-Way or Reciprocal?
– Number of outbound links from the link page
– Is the linking page White Hat or Black Hat?
We do want to know whether our competitor is using Black or Grey Hat SEO links, and in what proportion.
In addition to the comprehensive link information about our competitor website, the report will provide a written analysis of the link results identifying the links with the most power for contributing to our competitors elevated SERP.
