Overview: This project will consist of developing from scratch a working social review type affiliate business directory and mobile interface where businesses pay per call or on a per performance basis. Users sign up as affiliates and recommend local businesses via email, sms, social sites, etc. A recipient of a given review visits the business listing (affiliate url) and contacts the business via telephone, contact form, sms, coupon, etc. (and is invited to sign up). All contact attempts will be tracked including the click to dial the phone number (tracking # provided by a third party provider), form sent, or coupon used, etc. When businesses register, they have the option of selecting by which methods they would like to be contacted. Businesses register similar to adwords where they identify how much they are willing to spend per call / lead. Businesses can also geo select where they would like to receive leads from. If a visitor/spammer visits the affiliate listing from a location outside the selected area, the tracking phone number is not shown and is replaced with the business regular number. As another measure to avoid spam, leads will not count (businesses will not be charged nor affiliates paid) unless the call lasts longer than a given time. When a business is recommended by an affiliate and the business is not registered, the affiliate is notified to contact the business to sign up via affiliates registration url (and receives a small residual commission for all future leads to that business). Both affiliates and businesses will be able to create/edit profile pages similar to other social networking sites (photos, maps, videos, etc,) and be able to communicate with friends/local businesses/potential prospects. Affiliates will be able to save favorite businesses, etc. and businesses will be able to promote their business.

All content and design work will be provided for this project. Slicing and coding the psds for the website and mobile version will be required. A database of US businesses will be provided and will need to be uploaded to the directory before completion.

Payment will be delivered as follows: 10% payed at 25% completion (working framework completed), 50% payed at 75% completion (all features and mobile version functioning), 100% payed at completed project (after all bugs fixed).
