Most of this work is done. There are missing parts though. Id say 85% of the projec ti done. Some of the tricky task are not done. like Loading data, doing queries, etc.
Im willing to pay $100-200 for this work.
Right now the prototype I has been embedded into a web page with javascript based tabbing. This should be changed to a a "standalone" JavaFX app – where tabbed navigation is part of the JavaFX app. But there is also a host of other features in the specification of which need to be added, like Loading data, doing queries, etc etc.
I had someone start of finishing this but they had to take on another project. They said did

the part which shows data, there are classes to retrieve data from MS Excel, but they had no idea how to get data – no documentation. So they didnt know how it is taken and connected with the GUI. They also did connect it all to the server (sending user password, retrieving port). In fact the situation is like previously. The project was sent in Netbeans, but It needs to be Eclipse.
