FML Script W/ Different Theme

I am looking to find someone who is experienced in FML type scripts. I would like a script that is almost identical to FML, but with a different theme. I would like it to look as professional as FML or textsfromlastnight.com. Rather than just text, I would also like to be able to upload videos and picture files as well. These posting will be posted by anyone and can only be reviewed and edited by me, the admin. However, there must be a voting type system so that the most popular are on the front page.

I would like there to be some sort of opt-in or sign-in for readers. There will also be many different categories of stories.

This site must be SEO friendly because I am not planning on doing paid ads for this site.

Possibly an e-commerce addition in the future, as I may be selling products as well.

Please only programmers with relevant experience and expertise should apply. I am trying to get this off the ground as soon possible, and I plan on keeping it as low budget as possible.

It must be very easy for non-computer savvy users. And I will need a clean and easy website design as well as a great logo. Thank you for your time.

Pitch Page And Landing Page

Designing A Website For A Non-profit Organisation

I would like help towards putting together a website for a Non-profit Organisation called the DAMUGE Fund. Our club started last year in upstate NY at Clarkson University and we are looking to expand our services beyond a local level. Our mission is to raise funds to provide the youth of Benin, West Africa access to a better education. We believe that a well designed website will allow our organisation to progress significantly. On this website we would like to be able to upload pictures, videos, have a blog, show updates on the front page, have a pay-pal account and have an option for people to make donations online. In total, we are expecting our website to have 8-10 pages. We have a tentative deadline of September 16th to meet.

It is very likely that after we establish our website we will be making periodical updates to the lay-out. If this is the case, we will solicit the help of the person that first helped us establish the website.
We currently have a logo but we would like it to be more professionally done.
