Looking for an engineer to design and build a proto of a long range Transmitter and receiver.
Range: ~800 meters- Must be designed so that I do not need a FCC license…
Transmitter–
size: flexible on size ( no larger than 8"x4"x6, but size is fliexibel)
Power source- needs to be able to plug into home 110V AC
Function-
—–Transmitter will detect a switch being open or closed (on or off) via a push button switch type device.
—–Once the state of the switch is detected it will transmit the status to a receiver
—– When the transmitter senses the "switch" status change thats when it will transmit the status
Receiver–
Size : must be small- ~ 4"x2"x1"
Power source– needs to function off of Battery or 12V DC or both.
Run time off battery needs to be at least 1 month-
function-
—— Rx will get a signal from Tx to show status of open or closed switch ( on or off)
—— When Rx get a open signal (on) from Tx it will power up a Green LED
—— When Rx gets a Closed signal (off) from Tx it will power up Red LED
—— Once LED will stay on for 45-60seconds
—— When user wants to know the last known state of the LED they can push a button that will power up the LED RED or GREEN depending on the last state the LED was in.
—— LED will be a dual or tri color LED— one LED for all uses— This LED does not have to be mount on board- It can be a remote lead— about 5
—— Button (switch for user to press to find out last state of LED) will also be remote mounted and does not need to be on the PCB.
