1) You have to be able to retrieve all streets the USA. The database should look like this:

Other tables are according to step 2.
2) Next you have to build the site. Visitors can select on the USA map a state, next a city, next a street. People can do all kind of things at their street. Perhaps something like a facebook clone could be used here, I have a phpFox license which we could use. People should be able to connect with their street members in many ways. Through a street forum, organize a street party, send a PM to someone in their street, posting a street message (f.e. Please drive slower for the sake of our children) etc. People should be able to look up their street through browsing to it or searching for it (through streetname or zipcode).
Please send me a PM with where you can get street name info of the USA (perhaps through http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/zipstreet.asp or tiger.census.gov, but let me know). You also need to grab the city, state and zipcode of the street. Please let me know how you would do step 2, I think phpFox integration would be a good thing.

I need a simple solution. I wish to allow a visitor to listen to music on my site. Afterwards, the visitor can input the name of say 10 songs, and if the visitor gets all of ten songs correct they then will receive an email from the site stating they are the Winner of "Music Match" and whatever gift or raffle number they will recieve. I wish to input the songs and customize an email response for the winner. Thanks.
Looking to develop a simple interfaced golf tee time web application. There will be no imagery or flash, just text (web 2.0 look) based similar to a craigslist gui.
The model will work as follows:
Golf Courses will be able to "post" tee times.
Users will be able to "reserve" tee times which are posted.
Users will not actually book tee times on our site. They will reserve and freeze tee time (so no other user can see page or reserve time). Users will click a reserve button along with number of players. The course will receive email with (registered) users name and email. The user will receive email with instructions on how to fulfill booking the tee time. Tee time will be flagged as sold for public viewing. If user does not follow through with booking, golf course can reopen tee time and user will be penalized.
Both users and golf courses will have profile pages.
No secured transactions. Only a paypal (web standard) implementation for golf courses to pay us for monthly fee on backend.
GUI will look similar to craiglist with cities and states on right. Users click on states/regions and find tee times in that particular region.
Golf courses will post tee times with a CMS that allows multiple times entered at once (with a calendar).

We have designed a flash AS2 mp3 player for a client, but they need more features.
1.) We need to have the ability to keep track of the number of plays for each song.
2.) It needs to update automatically for any new content that is added.
3.) The playlist is xml driven (static) but we need a dynamic one generated on the fly according to popularity of the files.
