I am seeking an unbiased professional with experience in recruiting and outsourcing to research and deliver information that will result in the hiring of two premium outsourced customer service representatives for an online mail order company. Your delivery of this work will include a well written report that documents your findings and presents me with three detailed solutions to choose from as well as your professional opinion. An agency in Eastern Europe is my preference but I am open to suggestions.

Requirements

1. Research agencies that are able to provide two dedicated, quality customer service representatives for full-time permanent employment. Search outside of GAF and outside the Internet. Navigate around companies that advertise heavily but do not have quality to deliver (do not present the first 3 companies that you find on a search engine). I am looking for talented individuals fit to provide top level 5 star concierge style customer service- comparable to the type of representative that would provide top service for the best US companies who outsource abroad.

1a. Agency must be able to provide dedicated, long term individuals that can hold on to their extensive training
1b. Agency must have the two CSRs in a dedicated area of the office. The CSRs must be visible on webcam and communication with our current call center will be required by webcam. Go2Meeting set-up required. VOIP phones that can be fitted to our existing PBX system. CSRs must function as if they were in our local office.
1c. Must be scalable with potential to add more reps to our staff.
1d. Eastern time zone business hours

2. Communicate with agencies to estimate pricing, set-up fees and other costs. I am willing to pay premium wages to receive premium service, however a budget is in place.

2a. Compare price and quality among the agencies. Establish connections between location, price and quality of service.
2b. Check to see if agencies are open to negotiation on prices (speak to agencies- do not report back web-published prices)

3. Pre-screen potential CSRs from the various agencies to ensure they meet my criteria before I personally interview them.

3a. Speak to candidates; determine quality of English spoken and written.
3b. Candidates must be *extremely* well spoken in American English and able to impress our clients with their ability to convey solutions.
3c. Test writing skills and typing speed. Must be able to write impressive, clever e-mail responses to customer questions, complaints.
3d. Note qualities of candidates such as attitude, work ethic, loyalty, responsibility, ingenuity.
3e. Confirm candidates experience and training in customer service. We typically do not train on standard American customer service etiquette such as phone manner, standard greetings, salutations in letters, etc and expect the candidate to already know how to properly convey responses to different types of customers.
3f. Problem solving skills. Our CSRs are given proper training and guidelines, however in our industry it is not uncommon to have to find solutions outside of the box. Candidate must be able to solve the most esoteric customer service inquiries. Provide straight forward answers to customers who do not have straight forward questions.

4. Present the 3 options

4a. Write report with details of research and screenings
4b. Consult with me by e-mail or telephone to discuss findings
4c. Provide liaison with companies for follow up questions and to setup interviews
4d. Provide consultation on agreements, contracts, payment terms

Please do not bid if you are the representative of an agency or if you receive commission for finding clients.

My estimated budget for this project is $300: $150 to be paid upon completion of the report and $150 if I select the agency that you find. Im open to all offers.

Post Business Details To Directories Plus Slideshow Video

We are looking to outsource our business listing work to a person or company who is available full time, reliable, eager to work, pay attention to details and can handle 10 projects a week. We require that you are able to be in contact with us via Skype to discuss any details by Skype voice/phone, and available during business hours Pacific time Monday thru Friday.

Project summary:
– You will need to create a 30 second slideshow video using photos that we will supply upload and them to Traffic Geyser.

- Set up accounts on 90 local business directory sites and post business details.

– Post a total of 6 reviews to some of the directories.

Work flow: Each project consists of setting up a business with a video and submitting their information to directories.

#1 – You will receive an email with an assignment task through our project management system.
# 2 – within the project management system you will receive the details of each business including business name and details of that business such as address, services offered, website etc. also there will be 10 photos there.
# 3 – You are to take 5 to 10 photos and make a slideshow video. The slideshow video will include the business phone number, the name of the business and the services they offer. You will have to edit these into the video. Set the video to music.
# 4 – You will then load up the video to our Traffic Geyser account. you will add the video file, upload it, then set up a TITLE, DESCRIPTION AND TAGS for the video. You are able to do this 4 times within TG. Each time it will have a different title. Then hit the post button and Traffic Geyser will submit the video to 20 different video sites, a few article sites and a few blogs.
#5 – The next step is is to set up new accounts on about 90 directories (See partial list below). You will need to confirm the accounts using the yahoo email address that we supply. Each confirmation should be stored in a "confirmations" folder within Yahoo mail.
# 6 You will then add the business data to each of these directories. You must pay special attention to detail here and add as many photos as each directory will allow, adding the video where you are able and adding as much information to each listing as possible. Adding the content and maximizing the content that you are able to post to each directory is very important.
#7 Some sites, like Merchant Circle allow you to make a blog post, you will do that, and Merchant Circle also allows you to create a Free ad, you will do that too, plus make an offer and make sure the listing is 100%. You then will leave a review on Merchant Circle . Each directory listing must be filled out to its maximum. Again, Quality is key here.
#8 you will notify us when each project is complete.

Currently we are able to supply 6-10 projects a week. We would like for you to be able to grow with us ad part of our team.

Project Manager – Ongoing – Part Time (5h/week)

Early-stage startup needs somebody to keep track with whats going on, particularly with freelancers tasks..

Here is the problem: The lead developer spend a lot of time managing freelancers and other administrative tasks. Hed like to focus on developing, and have somebody working closely with him to coordinate other peoples tasks (from developers to QA to data-entry to specs writing to graphic design to release etc…) also hire/replace freelancers, help with communication etc..

Ideally the PM will be able to use SVN (to check when people check in stuff) and Bugzilla (to track bugs). We use Googls Apps for communication and document sharing.

We are not totally clear as to how this would work, but if somebody is interesting in working closely with startup founders, we can give it a shot. Please bid $35 and indicate your weekly rate for ~ 5 hours of work per week, ongoing for at least 6 months (we can discuss rate change after 6 months)

Create A One Year Project Management Training Programme

Introduction

I manage a team of Project Management professionals who deliver a mix of IT and business change projects to internal customers. There are individuals within my department but outside of the project management team who I wish to train as junior project managers with a mix of theory and practical experience as part of a 1 year project manager training programme. The practical experience will be gained by working alongside existing project managers on real projects i.e. putting the theory into practise.

The Requirement

I require the development of a structured project management training programme that will assist me in developing individuals within my department into junior project management professionals. I wish this training to be based upon the PMI project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) and any other PMI standards that you feel appropriate.

I would like a set of material to be produced for the programme. The material produced should include (but not be limited to):

- Documentation that details the programme structure, learning objectives, how much time to be spent studying/working in each area etc
- Training/development documentation (based upon PMBOK)
- Documentation for the gathering of evidence to track an individuals learning and development.

In addition to this, Im really keen to see in included your ideas for other elements that make up an effective training programme i.e. training seminars and workshops, lectures from internal experts in project management disciplines etc – anything at all that works!

Sales Associate

I am looking for 1 or more associates to basically play as a middle man/woman in selling my products. I come from a small area and it is difficult to make money here and I do not have what I need to sell beyond (contacts, etc.). My goal with this is to become financially stable and have honest associates to help promote. A percentage of weekly sales will be made to the person or persons who are involved with the sales. I am not sure yet if these products will be sold outside of the US due to the shipping is limited to the US from the warehouse. To sell outside the US we would need to ship to ourselves then send overseas unless enough money is made to create a storage area and have enough bulk items stored to ship beyond US.

4. If you are bilingual, this is great! This expands to more customers when we can have clear communication among different languages.

6. Must be open to the possibility of becoming an actual employee in the future. This means, that in the future become a legitimate employee. I am still getting my feet wet in this process so I am not sure of all the requirements of any employees I may have.
