Spring WS Validation

Hi,
We have a web application delivering web services (crud on a postgres database).

Actually, we have a simple webservice design to record keywords in a database.
A DB constraint in this one is that duplicate words are forbidden.

So before the save operation we would like to add a validator implemented by an annotation.(we are open to others suggestions)

Something like this:

@validator(KeyWordvalidaor.class)
..saveWord(String label)…

The WS is already annoted with transactions ones & endpoint ones.
So the validator MUST be embed in this transaction.

We dont want any validator in the webservice itself.

The duty of this validator is to :
- test if the given lavel exists already in the database (the dao& method for that are already there).
- if the label exists, it will raise a Specific Exception which will be converted in the soap response by a soaplfault for the
given exception & a specific soaplfaultcode & message.
- modifing the wsdl ,may be will be required for managing this checked soap fault
- the client which will consume the webservice should have the possibility to detect the exception (wsimport is used to generate classe).

Skills required:
- Soap & Wsdl
- Spring WS & maybe Spring AOP or aspectJ will be required
- basic knowledge on maven( build, process-test-ressources fro the database)
- postgresSql with PGAdmin
- wsImport (maybe)

Adding A Song Counter To An Existing Flash Mp3 Player

We have designed a flash AS2 mp3 player for a client, but they need more features.
1.) We need to have the ability to keep track of the number of plays for each song.
2.) It needs to update automatically for any new content that is added.

We want to launch a website to help people measure a range of stats, and then turn those facts and figures into Daytum.com-style visualisations.

THE TECH
Its one part data capture (forms), one part filters / cross-referencing tools (comparison layer), and one part charting functionality (presentation layer).

It could become rather whizzy, but at its simplest I think its pretty straightforward.

HOW IT WORKS
The app will provide a clear structure for measuring business performance.

It will have a checklist of metrics which users can choose from to start tracking key facts and figures (they can also create custom metrics specific to their business).

It will also have a range of filters, so users can cross-reference one metrics against another.

And it will then provide users with Daytum.com-style tools for creating simple but visually pleasing charts, infographics and reports. This will be a highly visual presentation layer, e.g. line graphs, bar charts and so on, and perfect for presentations and pitches.

Basic IPhone Control Prototype App – 1 Screen GUI, Web XML

Need to build a very basic iPhone control app. The app will be a prototype for a potentially more complex application later. After the app is configured through a configuration screen, it will present a user with a screen containing 4 functions. Executing one of the functions will generate an XML web services request to a configured server. The app will then display the information received back from the server on the user screen.

Will have several text fields to enter configuration information. The information will be used for communication with a server – like IP address, port, name, etc.

1) On/off toggle field. The screen will display currently selected option (on or off) and allow to change it by pressing a button. The button will change color as selection is made.
2) A button and a corresponding text box. Text box will only appear if a function is engaged. The text box will allow to enter text, or if a display what has already been entered before. The color of a button will indicate if a feature is engaged.
3) Similar to (2)
4) Pressing the button will engage an information lookup, display the information and ask for a confirmation. Pressing a confirmation button will display a generic message.

Creation And Hostiing Of A XML Feed

We are looking for someone to create and host an XML file of the products for our e-commerce.

We will provide you with the requirements for making the feed.

The feed needs to automatically update daily as we are constantly adding items to our store. As of right now we have 400 items.

You need to provide us with the address of the feed so that we can submit it to our advertiser.

Upon validation of the feed by the advertiser you will be paid.

Additionally, since we need you to host the feed and have it automatically update daily, indefinitely, we will pay you a monthly maintainenance fee.

We are looking to pay no more than $25 for the initial creation of the feed as weve already received various quotes and none have been above that price.

For monthly hosting of the feed we are not looking to pay any more than $10 a month. This fee will be paid every 7th of the month. For the first month you will be paid immediately, upon validation of the feed. The price will be adjusted according to how many days are are left in the pay period.

Once hired wed like the feed to be up, hosted and ready within 48 hours. Wed also like its address to be e-mailed to us within those same 48 hours.

You will be paid via paypal and must have a verified account.

Billing System Changes

Our company has developed a billing system for a garbage and sewage utility company.

The system has already been developed; we just need a few extra features added to it.

1. Increase font size and bold of the recipient and address on the right piece of the billing statement. (this is the one without the return stub with payment).
