- advertising packages are on the left hand side panel on the home page which is great. When a customer registers and selects create new listing the site used to take you to the advertising package screen but it does not do that now.(needs to be fixed)

We are looking into the viability of developing our own in-house system that provides a place for clients to sign real estate contracts electronically. These docs would need to be stored on a secure server.
There are about 30 different kinds of contracts.
These docs need to be stored on a secure server with certain fields that would be editable (such as property address, client name, sale terms, etc).
The ideal solution would be for the agent to send a link to contract to the client via email. If there needed to be changes, the agent could make those changes and the client could either close the browser window and click the link again or refresh the browser window to see the modified file.
The interface would allow the agent to access the docs wither by address or by client name. The interface wants to be very simple and easy to use. Real estate agents are often older and not too web-savvy.
Wed also prefer to have a system of notification whereby the agent would be sent an email or text when a doc is signed.
Finally the docs would want to be exportable via PDF.
After building the system, we would likely look for someone to support it, though that doesnt necessarily need to be the original developer.
The underlying principle on this is simplicity. There are a few other companies out there that offer similar services, but they are more complicated and somewhat expensive. We want very simple. Think a Timex analogue watch simple.

We are looking for an intellichat or upsellit.com type system. To handle live agent chat on exit traffic and also on timed visitor time on a website. e.g. if user is on site for 2 Minutes, an agent pop up appears ready for chat
We have a client that uses an open source system type CRM system.
What happens currently is:
A prospect will fill out something on one of our clients websites, then:
We get an email with the detailed information
We THEN:
Call the prospect to acknowledge their contact with us and to get the prospect to give us more information to complete an assessment of some kind. We make up to 5 attempts to call them, including the first call (whenever it comes in). Total calls should 1 or 2 morning calls, 1 or 2 afternoon calls and 2 evening calls. If we dont reach the prospect by 5th attempt, we leave more detail information hopefully to a voicemail.
What I would like to see is this:
When someone submits their information on the website, this would trigger a "click to dial" and connect both the agent and the prospect who filled out the information on the site, to that prospects phone number (as entered on the site). Thats the easy part. What I would like to see from here is the information from the form filled out, populate on the agents screen (assuming the agent is logged into the system), so that the agent is ready for the call.
If we reach the prospect and are able to do the full application – great. If we reach the prospect and they havent time to do the full application, we need to set the system to call this prospect back at a specified date and time. Of course, when this happens, the agent this goes to (whoever is logged on) would get this info populate on their screen along with any information from the previous agent. Once an application has been fully done, we would need a disposition to note "Application Approval Stage". This would then be removed from the telephony system.
Should the strange thing of the prospect deciding they are not interested in the process, agent needs ability to disposition, as such.
If the system calls the agent and prospect after they hit submit on the website and either gets no answer after 5 rings, gets a voicemail or gets a busy signal, the system records this disposition and will call the prospect the next day at one of the DIFFERENT time periods – of course, this again would populate on the agents screen. Process would continue in this fashion up until 5 attempts have been reached. On the 5th attempt, the system would actually redial a 6th attempt that would leave a message directly in the prospects voicemail.
For Not In Service numbers or something like this, it would be dispositioned as such with no further calls.
All calls MUST be recorded and easy to access.
One last thing. This program may go on for numerous clients and hence, each client must have their own database, etc built
We must be able to download reports such as call reports (amount of calls made for EACH client – separate reports, Lead reports of applications taken PER CLIENT). Reports need to be in CSV or Excel format or something like this.
Initially, there may only be a couple of clients, but this could escalate to 50+ or more…Please keep in mind.
We can work this as a separate system, but would also look at working with our open source CRM system – to autoupdate it.

Currently the agent registration package takes the registered user to the normal private seller paymant page. I would like to add a whole new payment package for the agent user. The user can register for free but when an add is to be placed they have to choose a way to pay. I would like this to be by either yearly, quarterly, or every 3 months for UNLIMTED adds. So if the user chooses yearly then all the user has to do is pay the 1 off payment and then for a year from then unlimited adds can be placed by this user. Another thing for the agent user is to make the log in there account more better. What I mean by this, is so they can add a logo, map to there office and contact info ect. So when an add is place by an agent the logo etc is in each advert that they place.

First things i will tell you are: NO PER SEAT PROGRAMS – I have no interest in these and find them all expensive and NO VICIDIAL – I have used it and A) I dont like their system or customer support and B) They start hitting you with outrageous charges to set up and as things are going – NO VICIDIAL!!!!
I am looking for software you have already developed that can be modified for our needs, as needed.
This is Part 1
What I would like to have is this:
A copy of Call Fire Cloud Call Center System (Hosted)

Call recording – VERY IMPORTANT
One thing we really like about using Call Fire, is the agents will use their own home phone lines and what will happen is:
The agent goes to callfire.com – then agents login
The agent fils out WHICH campaign they are working on, enters their phone number and overall passcode, email address and then the "on hold music"
Once this is filled out a code will be required to use the system and the system will call the rep with this code….The rep enters the code and system starts dialing – and the billing goes to me not my reps. At this point when a call comes through, notes can be put in, and there are areas to update the list that was loaded by the titles of the columns from the list. And there will be button dispositions (that would have been set up by the admin).
Its nice in the sense, this is not an SIP system, it is easy to use, easy reporting and very very little times when there are issues.
However, this gets quite costly. What I would like is a system that does exactly the same thing BUT instead of charging me $3-$4 PER AGENT Hour on the system, can charge me less than $1 PER AGENT Hour on the system (if you want to look at this on a per minute scale – it must be no more than 0.01 cents per minute for calls in Canada and the USA)
Part 1 is most important – Part 2 would be desirable

Additionally, what would be nice is the ability to have a HOSTED IVR system to allow for inbound call campaigns – again must be able to designate by campaign – Costs would need to be discussed on this one
