This software project aims to process a pack of tasks to automate web posting.
We have unique articles in .txt files including all the info. The input to the software will be these .txt files. A sample txt file will be in the following form,

The software should capture the "Text"s after "Overview" and "Explanation" headings, should donwload the image from "Image URL" and capture the "Source URL".
The downloaded image will be resized in two different dimensions. The resized images will be uploaded to the server via FTP.
After collecting all the info, all of them will be placed in a predefined html template. Output will be a simple html code. After generating this code, the software will connect a database and place this data and some other parameters (ID, date, vs..) to the database tables.
A more detailed description will be supplied.
We need a visual interface to edit some parameters. The software shuld process multiple txt files at a time. The programmer should supply the source code of the software. Programming language can be choosen by the programmer

The basic idea of the project is to create an online system where online User + taxi office will enter orders into system online and taxi drivers using their mobile device in cars could pickup them.
System explained: online user places oredr or taxi office will pickup order by phone and enter into online system. Taxi cars are equipped with PDA and have a real time updated online interface to see all new orders. Driver will be able to pickup order from his car and go to the location. Or Despatch Agent can allocate an order to a driver
Every driver must have his own username & Password so that Taxi Office can see who is currently serving the order.
Also cars are equipped with GPS and system must Record & show drivers real time Location (coordinates) on the map.
Taxi drivers interface should also show orders on the map (within a defined radius)so that driver can easily find the closest order.

DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
TAXI DRIVER INTERFACE
It should be a small .exe application what should exchange data with
the server in real time. should be a version what in windows mobile / iphone.
When a software started up, should be a login and password field, what
each time should be authorized by remote server. after when taxi user
login in, the software should start.
when a new job is posted from the dispatch service it should immediately appear on the drivers screen ,
basically driver should see customer name, address and phone number and also must have buttons "accept" or "decline".
when he push accept button the software should send data the server
and update dispatch centre screen where the order already
accepted, on the dispatch screen server it
should show the taxi cab user ID near the order who was has
accepted. all updated also
should appear on dispatch service screen.
As well when the page is updated it should be impossible for another
taxi driver to take the same order, for example when 2 taxi drivers
push accept button but one a second early the second driver should get a message that order
already granted to other cab.
The what cab who was granted the order, also should get a note on his
screen that he has been granted and also should present a cancel
button, this is just in case he change his mind for some reason not
to complete it , so when he
click it ,it will update the page and will make
available for other taxi cabs to accept it.
GPS and Internet connection.
Drivers will be using Windows Mobile Base PDA / iphone with Built in GPS receiver.
Same software also should receive data from gps receiver and send coordinated to the server
in customizable by user time interval(for example every 10Sec) and save coordinated on servers database.
PDAs connected to the Internet via GPRS or 3G. In case GPRS connection is lost, GPS coordinates should be stored locally on the pda and then synced with Database server at reconnection.
DISPATCH CENTER INTERFACE
Dispatch centre interface should be a web based with login and
password.
Should have input fields to post an order, (name, address, phone
Number. Calculate Mileage based on pick up & drop off points & work our real time mileage & cost). Routing to display on the screen as well.
Should be able to popup caller history from past orders ( Read incoming caller data from our PBX) & pop up a order history form on Booking Agents Screen.

processing and user ID who was granted.
vehicle tracking
as mentioned above each taxi cab should send GPS coordinates in
specified time period to the server and it should be saved in a
database, dispatch service user must have an access to the the
coordinates history for tracking purpose.
for example should have a list of taxi ID usernames and when click on
the username it should show all coordinates what was reported from the
taxi.
as well should create database by date, and under each date
coordinates. when on the coordinates list should be an external links
to google maps so it can show the all coordinates on the google map.

We are looking for a very efficient and talented programmer to help us build a prototype of a new web conferencing application. Once we have the prototype proof of concept working, well explain the long-term plans as to how we will utilize this in a unique manner to serve our customers.
The prototype will be a very crude web conferencing application that allows one user to "host" a web conference by sharing his screen up to a reflector (server). Then 100s of clients will be allowed to run the application and view the screen being shared by the host.
We want to ultimately build an architecture that allows us to host 100s of meeting simultaneously.
DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION:
We need a flash/java application that serves two purposes:
#1. A user needs to be able to use the application to host a meeting. In this mode the application must allow the user to share either his entire screen or select one window to share.
- The main application will be a web based flash application built in Flex.
- The flash application will launch a java application for screen capturing.
- The java app will use VNC to capture screen and screen changes.
- The java app sends screen changes to a VNC reflector.
#2. A user needs to be able to use the same web based flash application to view an ongoing meeting. In this mode the application must simply display the screen or window shared by the host.
- This will utilize the main flash application in a "participant" mode.
- The application will receive the screen changes from the VNC reflector and display them on the screen.
In addition, we need a VNC reflector that is created and installed on a Linux machine.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The flash application should be built in Flex (or convince us otherwise.)
The screen-scraping portion of the host application should be in java (or convince us otherwise.)
All server-side code and components must run on Linux.
Client must work on all reasonably modern versions of Windows and Mac.
We have designers who can help create the user interface.
Everything possible should be legally licensed from opensource modules.
We would like to rely on VNC applications unless you can convince us otherwise.
VNC applications we are aware of that might help include Flightlight VNC, Guacamole, VNC Reflector, etc.
We have good linux/php/mySQL programmers who can help with the server side as needed.
The VNC communication much be efficient enough to allow for large scaling across 1000s of participants.
Web conferencing components are often also referred to as "remote desktop."
We are willing to pay appropriate one-time fees to license any needed technology that is already developed.
