Sketch Up Dynamic Sunroom Model

We are a manufacturer of sunrooms.
We require a dynamic Sketchup model to draw sunroom designs. Options to include: colour, standard & custom window & door sizes, standard & custom wall heights, single slope & A-Frame versions, configurable roof pitch, glass or solid panel options. There are many dynamic aspects to the model. We will supply 2D CAD drawings.

Project involves a total revamp to site: www.libertylegalservices.com The concept of this website is to afford our clients with the ability to interact with our staff online in legal document preparation services. Clients are provided with background information in such matters as divorces, living trusts, wills. Clients will then make purchases for (1) products and (2) ONLINE documentation services using Acrobat.com (work spaces/collaboration). 1.A plugin for wordpress should be developed for a client that pulls data from Soccerassociation.com and presents it formatted at fitted on our clients website.
2.Our client has a list of their players presented on their website. On every single player there should be a link to the statistics pulled from the soccerassociaton website. As mentioned the data pulled should be implemented at our clients website.
3.The soccerassociation.com keeps records of how many matches a single player has played and it is constantly updated. Therefore the plugin should be able to pull data every week and update it on our clients website.
4.The soccerassociation website has a subscription service. Username and password will be provided.
5.There should be a link placed next to the player(s) on our clients website, that shows the statistics of a particular player upon clicking. When showing the player statistics there should be an option to PRINT the statistics or EMAIL/SEND the it as a PDF file

Invoicing And CRM Solution

I am looking for a semi-automated CRM and invoicing solution for a destination wedding venue.

Providers are free to create a solution from scratch or customize an existing solution in accordance with the requirements detailed below.

It is essential that the solution is easy and pleasant to use and without bloated or useless features.

The solution must be web-based with the capacity to be used offline or sync with offline calendars/programs.

It must be compatible on a Motorola Xoom tablet.

The system must have:

Iphone App Need For A Real Estate Project

Summary: Id like to have an App built for my real estate properties list. I want to be able to put photos and descriptions and bid dates for contracts and pricing. etc… And I want it to be available for my buyer clients to see all the available listings I have. I also would all the listings to have a geocode so that all properties can be mapped.. Also, i would like it to have the capability to have the buyer to have a tracking where they can see how far they are to the property from where they are currently standing. . The sign-up link would be from a list of subscriber information externally managed.

Here are additional needs:
1. I need to have a along with the app a way to input all data on my own like a backoffice to manage the app. Can you do that? For example my properties will be on a Excel spreadsheet to upload and the photos of pics will be in jpeg and videos in areas of the App. Etc…

2. I want to be able to upload videos in certain areas of app. Also, when the list of the property comes out, I want to be able to have a video button so that a client could have that option when they see the property they like.And be able to manage video upload on a backoffice management system.

Australian Real Estate Property/client Sourcing Needed

I run a private real estate business In Australia in which i need to be generating more clientelle, need more houses to buy and rent with the intention of buying down the road.
I am based on the Gold Coast in Queensland and that is where i need most of the business to come from although i do branch out to Sydney, Brisbane, The Southern Highlands(NSW) and occasionally to Melbourne and Perth but those areas i dont really worry about.

Ask if you can just rent the property for a while and buy it down the road, if they say no you just say what if i paid you enough rent and it was equal to what it is costing you to hold this property in which case im paying super rent would that present a problem
Benefits i can provide for the owner include- higher rent, lower vacancy, positive cashflow, outgoings on house covered, no real estate fees on eventual purchase, higher purchase price, owner maintains all tax benefits, lower operating expenses, Major point for the majority of people again is peace of mind.

Generally with wealthy clients they have alot of residential investment properties so if whoever takes on this project can have them contact me to do business would be great.

People Incorporated are a people development business that specialise in work based learning.

We are seeking freelance assessors to support the delivery of development programmes to core clients in the South West of England. Future opportunities will also be available in the West Midlands and Yorkshire.

Assessors should be qualified with A1 and demonstrate competence in any of the following areas Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Business Administration, Contact Centre. There will be ongoing opportunities to work with us SLA basis.

Our assessors use a coaching and assessment based delivery model endorsed by the ILM to deliver NVQ and Apprenticeship programmes.

This is a trial project for one of our clients, if the work completed is of a high enough level then we would like to continue the link building off similar websites for multiple clients on a monthly basis.

Adult Webcam Network Website-offsite Live Chat On Messengers

The idea of this new website is to let independent adult webcam models get listed on the site, show LIVE status when available or OFFLINE when unavailable , arrange live show bookings on Skype, MSN or yahoo messenger with potential clients, then clients will pay on the main site. We will then charge models a certain percent before crediting their accounts.

The website should be just like adultcamgirlsnetwork, except Ill need more ideas on the most reliable ways to manage bookings on our website where both models and members/clients can log in and approve times and pay. Admin should be able to control the bookings also.

Adultwork is another site that do let models and clients book onsite and have shows offsite on MSN etc, so it would be useful if you checked this site too.
