I need to develop the domain leenvotes.com to a voting site with the following functions:
1- Polls with multiple answers can be created EASILY with no limits to answers
2- After creating the poll a link will appear and you can send the link through your email or through the website to people emails
3- upon clicking the link the voter shall be taken to the poll screen and he can vote
4- after voting a screen (pop-up) will show to register the voter details (email, gender, age, nationality, location) and two check box will be in the bottom of the pop-up (first : if you want to receive the final report check, and the second: if you want to receive future polls check), if the voter selected any of these options he will be asked to set a password and accordinlgy he will have an access to the website
5- after filling the data the voter can see the results as a chart that can show results as per gender, location, age, nationality)

when ever a voter access the system to answer a poll he will receive a login screen, where he can access through his username and password and that will add points to his account for every poll answered.
and if he is not willing to register or he doesnt have an account he can skip this step (so the screen will have skip)
every poll will have a specified time of being active and after that it shall be closed
in the main screen of the site, you can see the login and the open polls and latest results (3 boxes)
the open polls will be always shown in every page so people can vote for it

Hi, Im a web designer myself but Ive been asked to create a site which is largely database driven and this is an area I know nothing about.
What Im looking for is someone who can create a site around my template ideas and implement database support.
The site will be similar to freelancer.com.
It is for buyers and resellers of I.T. software/hardware. Users would need to be able to login and submit a request which will then appear on the site for x amount of time in a Latest Requests index, indexes for relevant categories (such as computer monitors) and be searchable. Others can then submit bids on the request. Internal messaging and viewable profiles are also needed.
A mock-up design of the homepage can be supplied and used as a guide for the look and feel I want.

I need to build a site where people in need of certain financial services (Group A) can post a specific single request for service, and where service providers (Group B) can review and respond to requests of those within their specialty. Similar in structure to this site (freelancer.com) but not nearly as complex, and with a much smoother interface (please!). Contact between Group A and Group B members via blind email.
A free site to begin with, but the ability for me to charge various fees later on must be built in. For example, Im thinking that I might provide free postings by Group A members initially, and eventually charge a fee later on. Also, I want to have the option of changing the number of postings allowed. Site will contain AdSense code.
So, basically, there are two main groups:
1. Those in need of service (Group A)
2. Those who can provide service (Group B)
Services are financial in nature and posters will select specific items from pull down menus, to be listed with their requests.
Members must fill out simple registration form and be registered in order to post any request or make an offer, and the site must be secured from spam-postings, porn offers, viruses, etc.
Site should be easy for Admin to manage (without allowing admin to accidentally destroy site); easy for me to modify design as I please. Admin can oversee postings, and can remove, ban, or edit members or postings as necessary, even answer questions from members or prospective members.
You can utilize pre-made site software such as dating site software (which seems similar in concept) or anything else suitable, or can build php, etc., from scratch, whichever you like. I dont think a forum format will work for my needs.
Must have excellent English skills, though I will author/edit all written text myself. Must be able to demonstrate prior similar projects, and complete within 30 days from start.
