Catering Menu Graphics And Changes – No Concept Work

A corporate catering menu for a Bagel store.

Concept 90% complete – a template has been purchased from stocklayouts

Template is for an american diner, but the theme / layout remains the same:
( as this is for New York style bagels – we like the layout )

Changes are:

change pictures to bagels and our coffee brand etc
insert menu text
insert our logo
change to our business colours

The layout is one menu folded in half to make a four page menu

Template available in many formats, PC and Mac

Would require I imagine two rounds of minor alternations.

End result is finished art for a printer , and also a PDF for a website.

Task Description
Architect needs a quote on approximate size 960 x 160 for header. Header graphics must be astonishing enough to make people subscribe to a new website on the spot.

This header should show the following sentiment: (Potential economic financial collapse of society and/or an imminent natural disaster)!

Must Have:

Graphics must be knock out and astonishing which make people subscribe on the spot without navigating through most of the website. Looking for a designer who is willing to go the extra mile with me and express a survival preppers holistic design concept, like I see it!! – People must feel the sentiment instantly upon going to website and looking at header.-

Our need is to have a static website which will reflect our company business explicitly. Sector related graphics needs to be designed to use on webpage.Below you can find some sample graphics similar to our needs that will be used on webpage.

The html and css must be clearly written and should have support Firefox/Chrome and IE6+.

Two languages will be available in the site (EN – default, TR)

All content will be static.

Having header or logo animated sort of with flash is a plus but not a must.

Hi,
This project is to make a visual of a concept for flight simulation hardware in a graphics program.

This may be in 3DMax or and program that can be exported and into image files to present the idea in a 3D realistic look.

The projects name is Flight Deck X. It is basically going to be a hardware product for flight simulators.

I will need some to draw my ideas as realistic as possible and work with me over Skype.

Java – Proof Of Concept Project

Need a small java application that checks the default search engine of the web browser – confirms it is set to a specific provider (for the test we will use Wikipedia.com) and when confirmed the application will copy files from the user computer from one location to another.

If the default browser is not set to Wikipedia.com then the user will be provided an alert message stating the copy can not be performed and given the option of resetting the default search engine to Wikipedia or not. If they do not change the search back to Wikipedia, then the copy function will not commence.

That is pretty much it. Source code will need to be provided when completed and the project will be completed when the above proof of concept can be installed on a users system and perform as described above.

Creative Writing – Short Stories For Children

We would like to have a concept and text that would have great appeal to children and parents. The concept and web content must have a story experience so that the visitor buys into the concept, feels attracted to the site, and happy about the service.

We are looking for someone who has a great creative breath and imagination that will engage parents and children. We want parents to want to pass this story along to their friends to share the experience. The story needs to include a passion for the story itself, ie illustrations of dedicated followers.

Details of the story: There are two characters, one main and one secondary. Both characters are parents, the main character is the mother. Both characters live on an island in the North Atlantic Ocean. We want a story built around an ideal mother of the world. Although the mother must have real characteristics, there must be an air of mystery. Included in your concept must be good deeds that the mother does from time to time, or an example of how kids can do good deeds in a similar way.

We are looking for a creative writer/marketer/copywriter to develop this concept with 14 one-page stories and 14 stand alone paragraphs, that are stories about the mother of the world directed to children. The paragraphs maybe a short conversation, a deed, an interest, or a short message or quote about or from the mother. The stories must have a morel or a lesson in them.

Dont bid unless you are going to mention what you could bring to this project. It needs a creative mind and someone that can make deadlines. In your bid, please include some of your initiate thoughts about the project, and previous projects that you have worked on.

2nd Opinion From Confident Smarty/PHP/MYSQL Pro Needed!

U.S. BASED/EAST COAST DEVELOPER REQUIRED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT!

I am currently looking for a confident .PHP PRO who is U.S. based and on the east coast! Also somone who speaks fluent and NOT broken English Please!

www.localbizit.com is my site – its very slow – I just had a DBA/PHP developer check the indexes and restructure the tables also optimizing the MYSQL DB for .PHP. The site as you could see is still slow – in some cases some pages are even slower than before he started.

I asked him to please review the site and recommend a way to fix it and this was his suggestion:

So, the problem consist in the PHP coding that is not good at all, though the app based on OOPs concept but the app development logic is not good, as the normal way in single page execution there are 50-60 *.php pages included that is too much.

So, to correct it, we will need to recreate the app using the same files and script but using top OOPs concept design pattern (development pattern).

When user hit the website in browser: http://www.localbizit.com/ the main file index.php uses in this case, but index.php has further many php files includes as helper, classes, databases files so it is overall 56 php files parsed by the php parser (php compiler), so these 56 files takes time to parse and making request to database and http etc.

In our new concept, website should be well used with Ajax and most the php pages should run by Ajax like Facebook uses etc.

I am thinking for recreating the website, it should take around 15 days

Convert Product Design Into Manufactureable Product

I have a consumer product that I have developed using Lightwave 9.6. Extensive renderings have been done to present the product and they have done their job of selling the concept. I have also created real world cosmetic prototypes from the Lightwave files on RP machines as well. Now I need to make it all work and have the design converted into Solidworks so it can be molded and manufactured.

What I need is a designer engineer that is very good in Solidworks or Rhino. They should also have experience creating products that will be manufactured from injection molding. I need them to take this approved concept and make it a real product.
