I recently had someone splice up a design I made in Photoshop and convert it to a working CSS template. The person did a good job however there a few quirks which he has not been able to work out and I really just cant wait for him to figure it out any longer. This job is for the following:

Either fix the design to meet the specifications I need or start from scratch and splice up the template again in to a working CSS template.

Guidelines:

1) There can be NO format coding in the template file. All the design coding needs to be in the external CSS style sheet. The template file needs to be clean and content should be easy to add.

2) The main issue with the template the first person created is the fading background. When content is added, the faded background gets pushed to the bottom instead of staying up top and fading to a solid color on the bottom.

3) There can be NO .PNG files used and the template MUST be compatible across all browsers.

Bid $30 max, but if you are willing to complete the job for less, let me know in a PM. (I already paid a bit to the first person who did most of the work already.) If you would like to try to fix the template first and send me the files, please request them and if you fix it I will choose you as the provider. Please show me past works you have completed in CSS. VERY EXPERIENCED WITH CSS IS A MUST! NO AMATEURS! MUST have an IM software such as AIM.
