I want to build an automatic tool that will automatically bid on auctions I select, but will do so later than the sites automatic bidder (bid agent, bid butler, etc). The idea is simple: the automatic bidders do so when the timer goes down to a specific time (usually 5 seconds). This automatic bidder will bid as late as possible, thus making sure my bids are not "wasted" while in-site "bid agents" are battling one another.
