I am looking for a job portal site, the design must be very unique and not taken from other sites or templates, will start in English and more languages will be added later on (translators and other freelancers will assist) it can be long term or you choose your initial part of the job, no ready made packages please (joomla for example) only bid if you have your own CMS, or ready to build one for this site (not going to be very complicated anyway)
SEO will be needed upon completion of the main features of the site
