With this plugin, it should be able for the admin of the site to create a poll, with multiple choices.
Lets say you have the question: "what is 2 times 3?", and you get 3 different answering opportunities:
a) 5
b) 6
c) 7
The question is in the category "math", and in the sub-category "multiplication".
Now, as a user on the site, you have been correct in the polls about "multiplication" 45% of the time. Therefor, your vote in the poll counts 0,45 points (would count 1 if you are always correct).
A lot of different users will vote, som good at multiplication and others bad at it, and the different options, a), b) and c) will get different amount of votes all with different weight, based on the voters average chance of being correct in the individual sub-category.
Now, later it is found out that the correct answer is b), 6, and all those who voted for option b) will get a correct score, meaning that their future votes in the subcategory of "multiplication" will be weighted more heavily – for instance increasing your votes weight from 0,45 to 0,5.

For this project special care and attention to detail are required. What I need you to do is write 4 350+ word articles. Then go back and create an alternative sentence for each sentence in each article, and use the universal spinning syntax. The alternative sentence must be completely different from the original one, not just a re-word or rewrite, a completely new sentence that works in the paragraph.
If your not familiar with the universal spinning syntax, it uses { | } to separate the sentences, like this { Sentence 1. | Sentence 2. }. It can be used in many ways, but this is what I specifically need.

Hello, we already have a component which shows various information for cities around the world, in our website.
Unfortunately, the programmer hasnt used any joomla standards, for example there are no template views where we can add a menu item for a particular city (even though the cities exist in the mysql db) and we cannot place different modules on different pages of the component (since no menu ids exist).
We want someone (a team or an individual) to correct the component, making it possible to have different modules in different cities and having the ability to create new menu items with the city we want.
This is more of a test for a candidate -person or team-, to continue working for us long-term, so I expect your offers to have that in mind. Youll primarily make the code, some already provided, for an RSS feed that automatically extracts information from PDFs, e-mails that have attached JPEGs and PDFs, e-mails that have attached Word documents, and text in an e-mail body.
The idea is to have something that only takes a few seconds, costs as little as possible to maintain, and works entirely on the web. The project involves receiving band press releases to a single e-mail address (the web host) that will then automatically be posted to the web publicly so announcements are instantly delivered to fans.
The information should also be searchable (initially start off with an estimated 3,000 searches per month with room for growth). Seeking a database that is also highly customizable for myself and the consumer. Those who access the RSS feed should be able to personalize/filter it with a login along with about 10 user options, and be able to search archives depending on those criteria.
Samples e-mails and images/PDFs can be provided. (Note: the e-mail server is gmail; the code provided is a portion of the RSS.)
Obviously, the formats are not all uniform. But also, the JPEGs themselves of documents are also not all uniform. The code will have to consistently pull out the right information from key fields. About four different JPEG sets would be the initial target, but the XML would have to be designed in a way that fosters easy growth when a new type of JPEG is added.
The project must also include alternative outputs to the RSS feed and website, which include e-mail and text messaging. Some ingenuity may therefore be required to keep this bid low.
Also ideally, if the different inputs could be streamlined into a uniform output, that would also be preferred. So different date formats would be translated into a pre-set format.
Basic website display and secure encryption requested (The RSS feed will display on a website). Superior design skills are a plus.

We need an Experienced Craigslist Marketer for Multiple Ads & Cities. You will need multiple IP addresses/IP Address, PVA, Multiple Craigslist accounts and/or the right software to use.
ALL postings will be in multiple cities, preferably in all 50 states. It will be the same posting just listed in different cities. The ad is pre-designed.
We will not PAY for Ghosted, flagged or deleted ads.
Ads must be search-able and provable. We do not pay for ads that do not show up on CL or are removed or flagged.
We will PAY for only the live ads that are posted, and remain posted for a minimum of 24 hours. If they get flagged you must re-post them. You must provide a daily report displaying the links.

Will have 5 different anchor links (100 comment per keyword). Needs to be real comments, not spammy, not automated.
