I need a better interface for customers purchasing and downloading music from my site. The site is very extensive and complex, with a pretty good front end and a very complex admin section to control the contents. The issue I am having is that customers come to the site and make selections and are taken toPayPal, but seem to have problems and they cancel the order. I believe it is because the purchase process is not transparent and friendly. This should not be a big issue, I think inserting the "brand name shopping cart" from Pay Pal could be an answer to this problem But I am not sure.

I need an online store built for my client before August 1st. The site needs to basically match the mockups that I have provided below. I assume it will be easiest to use a platform like oscommerce but the winning bidder must be able to make the page look professional and like the images I have worked up below.
Our budget is fair for a project this size, please do not bother bidding unless you are positive you can build the site VERY similar to the one I have mocked up. Again, I must stress how important it is that this new site be VERY PROFESSIONAL. It must not look like a low-end retailer.
DO NOT POST GENERIC BIDS! THEY WILL BE IGNORED! I want to see bidders who have creative and insightful comments about the proposed design and realistic plan as to how they will accomplish it.
