Edit WordPress Theme (Twenty Ten)

I need a very expierenced word press designer to help me customize a few settings on my Word Press theme called Twenty Ten.

The employee MUST know how to change the padding size of the main table, right sidebar and above the header area. The large padding gaps must be taken away so there is no big gaps.

The employee MUST create a divider line for the sidebar because right now the Main Content Area and Side bar are connected.

The employee MUST be able to Remove the H3 page title from all pages; Example: Home Contact Us need to be removed from the main content area.

Web Research, Copy, Pasting, Uploading And Approval F

This is an interesting job. We need someone to do the following:

1. We supply a list of companies to whom we will be sending postcards.
2. Employee must find a companies website on the internet.
3. Take a snaphot photo of their website.
4. Paste the picture they have taken into a pre-formatted word document we will provide.
5. Save and check the word document and upload to postcard sending service.
6. Approve postcard so it is sent.

We will start with a test of around 300 postcards and then expand with the right employee.

Easy but fairly repetitive task.

Expense Management System

Scope
The scope of this project is to design, build and test a website and online Data Base where employees can create a log in and build an online travel expense report, the report can be submitted to the employees manager who can review and approve the report.

The site will have very similar to the reference site expensify(dot)com

If you are interested in bidding for this project, you must provide the information requested in the section Proposal Format – See below.
Any proposals that do not adhere to this format will not be considered.

Dashboard

Import Credit Card / Bank Details
The employee selects their bank and enters their online banking credentials and the employees bank and credit card statement are imported into their expense report.

Reports
The Employee can create a new expense report. They enterer expenses either manually or using the import feature. The expenses are then assigned to an expense report. The employee can then upload receipt images and attach these to the expenses.

Policy
The administrator can create new travel policy rules where restriction on expenses can be set eg if the expense amount is greater than $5 you must have a receipt.
The administrator can then assign a policy type to each employee.

Mobile App
Mobile App that will allow the employee to take an image of their receipts and attach them to their expense reports.

Customised Categories
The Administrator can create pre-defined expense categories, add new users to the system, assign access levels and rights to employees.

Settings

Add bank account details to receive reimbursement
Connection to other systems not in scope
Billing where the administrator can add a Credit card to pay fees and reimbursements.

Reporting
Report on the expenses created eg expenses paid, not paid, outstanding, expenses by category, by employee, expenditure per month.

Submitting Expense Reports
The employee can submit an expense report and identifies their manager who will approve the expense report. The manager reviews the claim and any policy violations are highlighted in red / yellow. You can hover over the report for pop up windows with further information.

Data Export
Need functionality to be able to export all data and images out of the online data base, in .xls , CSV format.

Testing
The System will be fully tested in all main browsers.

Technical

The project has some unique features some of which do not appear in websites very often.

The main technical elements are:

Phase 1
1.Development of an online work flow solution, with multiple roles and levels of access – where an expense form can be passed from the originator; to the approver to the payer. The work flow solution needs to be able to route the claim to the correct person in the flow and have automatic email notifications

2.The solution need to have an invoicing feature, The invoice will be made up of 1) the monthly subscription fee based on the number of users per month. 2) the approved expense amount for each employee.

3.The system will have 2 billing/ payment features, 1)the admin enters their credit card details and the credit card is charged monthly based on the number of users that company has using the system per month. 2) each time an employees expenses are approved by their company, their company credit card is charged and is paid to the employee.

Phase 2
4.An iPhone and Android App will be required. The App will allow the employee to log in and create a new expense, take a photo of their receipt and submit this

Easy Create Secure Form With Mysql Db Based On Employee Appl

Using a predefined employee application page, convert it to a secure(avoiding hack attempts) form with fields that are of appropriate types (dropdowns,radio,check,text, etc…) and capture the data to a single database table, all in a single php file. I intend on integrating this single php file into an already established website, so you will need to provide me with an sql schema to import and the php file. I will provide you with an example html file with appropriate field identifiers (ie FRMFIRST,FRMLAST, etc.) I also will have DBFIRST,DBLAST identifiers that will be used to populate information from a table that is already in place. This project will need to be completed rather quickly(12-48 hours). Payment terms: Payment when project is complete.

Flash Like JQuery Applet

Need a jQuery applet written to accommodate a customers employee bios. The customer has stated that they want it to look exactly like the Flash based applet located in the "People" section of http://www.droga5.com. The top portion should work just like any other jQuery carousel and the actual employee bio is a simple fade in.

Things we dont need: The fancy swipe effect when an employee bio appears.

This will be written within a WordPress installation. The employee bios will be posts in a particular category and the employee picture will be the posts featured image.

We can provide all the graphics, we simply need you to develop the script.

Custom Company Messenger

Not sure of the programming platform but I need a customized Messenger system (much like Yahoo or AIM) but company specific.

There should be an admin page where I can create a database and login information for each employee/user.

The program will show employees currently logged into system and able to communicate to each other via instant message. If employee is offline then the option to send an offline message should exist.

Employees should be subdivided into organizational structure depending on which employee or manager they report to.

Employees should only have access to instant message other members in their work group, and their reporting manager,

All transcripts should be logged and sent at the end of each conversation to administrator via email and then archived.

A profile should be accessible to each user which will include specified information from the database that the admin created.

Very simple coding — nothing extreme or complicated. Budget is not high on this so please do not overbid.

We are based south east of the UK , around 20 minutes from Guildford. Initially, we would need the employee to come to us to work through training etc. Extra hours could be done remotely. The more time the employee puts into this, the more they get out!

CMS Made Simple Module Installation

We have this website http://bit.ly/gBU8FZ which uses CMS Made Simple http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/ as a content manager.

We need to add a section where administrator can register each employee with their name, email address, username, password and date. This will send the employee an email letting them know to login to view the safety videos. Then employees should be able to access a protected "employees only" page where they can view safety videos online. The website administrator should be able to upload videos in .wmv format to the employee section and update and delete videos whenever needed. A log file will tell the administrator when the employee logged in and how long the employee stayed in the section

We need to know cost and time to complete.

We also need someone who is familiar with CMS made simple because that is the platform the site is designed in.

CMS Made Simple has a module called "frontendusers" which can accomplish the creation and management of front end users. i.e: Users that have access to the site and can login to a protected directory, but have no access to administer the site.

Corporate Scheduling & Tracking

Looking for a programmer that is fluent in object oriented php frameworks (yii / symfony / cake), mysql, javascript, css, & html.

The site I would like built is a scheduling application with employees grouped by company, position, unit, location & group. I would like the ability for multiple users (admins) to access the same OR completely different set of employees according to permissions.

The main scheduling visual will be the generated calendar (by group/location/unit), which will display flight arrival / departure, housing information, and an option to check if ones time sheet has been received for the day.

I would also like the ability to track an employees training and equipment issue., by submitting a pdf document to the mysql server. However there are usually more than one employees name on a training document. I am guessing an ajax application which applies multiple employee names to one document would be best.

In addition to the calendar (schedule), there will be a few reports that need to be done on the schedule/employee information, to be printed out via pdf export/generation; such as contact lists; employee counts; the main schedule..etc.

As a side note: employee are on-shift for weeks at a time.

Completing Small Clock-in And Clock-out Site.

I have a small clock-in and clock-out site where employees can start and stop their workdays. The site can show lists of hours for each employee for specific periods. And each employee has hourly rate, and extra charges that are valid for specific time periods and days. Then it can show salary notes for each employee.

A programmer was making corrections and small additions to the site but had to cancel the remaining parts due to personal issues.

I am looking for someone to make the final corrections.

This must be made on the site:

– Detection of weeks. (Every employee has defined a "Normal hourly rate", "Total weekly hours" and an "Extra weekly hours rate". When the employee works more than the "Total weekly hours" the salary note starts calculating the "Extra weekly hours rate" instead of the "Normal hourly rate". But right now it does not reset the week and start calculating "Normal hourly rates" when monday starts but just keeps calculating with "Extra weekly hours rate". This must be fixed so that a week is from monday to sunday and then a new week starts.

– PDF print. (A PDF print of the salary note, which is a basic overview page)

The site is made in PHP and MySQL.

Jabber accounts are given to each of employees. It is necessary to realise online technical support so that the firm had one "external" jabber account and one icq uin, addressing to which, clients could to contact by means of a parcel of messages with that or other department and the employee (and it is desirable that the employee had only one account – jabber for example). And each employee should have possibility to move the client to other employee that at the reference in any general department of the client then could to move in some more specialised. And it is necessary to consider presence of the employee on a workplace. While the rigid requirement is support Jabber`a and ICQ – support of skype is not required, but it would be very pleasant, if it is possible to introduce this IM by some way. We consider both creating of some new server appendix and search/adjustment of some existing decisions which will satisfy our needs.
