It needs php and you will need to use the template sturecture of the directory meaning you can copy the tempalte/default template and create your new template ex.:
template/review

No or if really needed minimal changes in .php files out of the template folder.

We are searching for a Affordable, Trustfull webdesigner who knows his way in php penny auction webpages.
We are currently struggeling with a couple of things we cant handle to do ourselfs. we wanted to make an Kinda Copy of Quibids, but we didnt succeeded. so now we are trying to get a person to do that for us.

This website has to be in the same style as quibids, but with different colours.

i know a couple of companies, who will do it for a good price, below the 250 dolars, but im searching for lower, its only the making of the template, with connecting it to the phppennyauction website. if you are the person that could make this in a good time, than you will be the one selected, please make an preview of what you have in mind, and than apply it on the website.
