Most of the pictures, banners, and buttons have been created. Should be an easy project. Initially it will only be a basic informational website, but we want it in Joomla so we can add and manage content later. Expect multiple changes/revisions during the design period (at least 2 weeks) until the site looks and feels just right. Our budget is $300. Only bid if you have experience in Joomla, CSS, PHP, Flash, etc.

Im looking to change the centrepiece of my website to something more professional/eye catching. I only need basic flash development i.e. captions that appear when hovering over an image and maybe a few images (canvases) moving on the screen.
