On my PHP websites I need to install a gismo that can upload just about any video format in circulation today and convert it to FLV for playback. These websites run on a very heavily modified copy of Dolphin v.6.
I need to make contact with a PHP developer who has experience with this kind of thing.
This project deals with identifying this developer and establishing rapport and discussing the gismo to be used. A subsequenct project will deal with the installation itself.

I am looking for someone to modify the current version (3.13) of the JW FLV Player. I want a transparent background player that I can instantiate using swfobject.js I am looking for the flv player itself to be transparent and meet the following requirements.
1. Supports progressive download streaming
2. Can be controlled by swfobject.js
3. Will allow me to set the following parameters via the javascript shown below.

The variables above should function and accept the same inputs found in the JW FLV Player. Your finished player swf should be smaller that the 34.2Kb size of the current player
While JWs player does play transparent flv files it does not have a transparent background.
To reduce the size of the completed player SWF I would prefer that logic for any other features such as the xml playlist be removed.
Ultimately the player will be used to play flv files that have been encoded with an alpha channel over the top of a web pages. If there is a way it is permissible and that doesnt violate the policies of this website I can provide a link to an example. I will require copies of both the finished players FLA and SWF.

I have three slide shows on DVD with music in the background. Each is about 4 minutes. I need you to convert them to smaller avi files that are compatible with most OSs. Sizes is not a huge issue but they would ideally be below 250mb each.
I have already tried doing this but I get pixelation when images fade from one to the other. And so I am posting it for somebody more competent to do it here 
These will be placed on USB thumb drive to be given to clients who need to be able to play them on any setup (use most common codec?). Let me know if you believe FLV would be better than AVI.
They should look good, without pixelation at full screen.

I have a 49 second .flv video that is 14.7 MB.
I use Cyberlink Powerdirector and it does not allow me to edit .avi files so I converted the original file to Mpeg-2 and I was able to detect the 13 individual scenes. I want to change the words in this video and it does not allow me to do that. They must be embedded some how?
I only want to change only the words. All the scenes, the music, the way the words "fly" in and "fly" out, the fonts etc are all perfect. I simply want to be able to change the words.
