I need a script that will scrap iTunes App store to create a list of apps and their related data.

Here is additional information about the script:

* The script will run on a linux server.
* The script can either by php, perl or ruby.
* The script will collect information about all apps in the store by category.
* There will also be a related cron script that will run once a day to collect info about apps released on that particular day.
* The following information will be collected and stored in a CSV file:
– app Id
– Title
– Description
– Website
– Support Email
– Language
– Seller
– Category
– Copyright holder
– Version
– Customer ratings
– Rating average
– Number of reviews
– Rating (age restriction)
* The cron script will also send out email to the people based on a template
* The template will be user editable.

You will be responsible for installing the script on the server. Also you should be available for support to fix any bugs or future issues.

You need to create the application for both the iPhone and the Blackberry, and a web based admin + a few HTML pages for the application to explain about it + all the sections options I have told you about.

The content of the application is a checklist users should view and follow when performing a particular task. For the user, the application works like a viewing a single static page website with a few small popups for the user when users tap (or click) on a photo in the middle of the page. Animated Image Browser – Juke Box Album Style Like ITunes

I need an animation to browse images holding about 10 images in total.

The format I need is similar to the album cover browser on iTunes however Id prefer a modified design.

Like the iTunes display I need the movement between sucessive images to be smooth, however I need the diameter of the virtual juke box to be smaller and at an angle allowing the user to see all possible images availble….however the images become progressively smaller the further back they are from the front.

So looking at the virtual turn table on which the images are placed, to the user it looks oval shaped as its presented as say approx a 30 degree angle and the user can see the entire turntable, unlike the iTunes album display.

When a particular image is in focus some text needs to be displayed under the image to describe it.

This process will be used as a menu for users to navigate into different parts of an application, so the animation will need to invoke external processes based on the image which has been selected.

I will provide the final images, you will need to put it together into an interesting rich user
interface.

iTunes has a metadata xml file for all of the songs a user has. On Mac OS, the file is located here: /Users/username/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml; on Windows it is located here: Documents and SettingsusernameMy DocumentsMy MusiciTunesiTunes Music Library.xml

We want a java applet jar which can go onto the clients machine, take a guess at where the xml file should be (based on their os), grab it and upload it to the server via a POST action.

sonicliving.com has a feature like this (look for "Scan My iTunes"), but there is one difference which makes ours a much simpler use case. I opened up their jar (http://sonicliving.com/itunes_sync_signed.jar) and it turns out they are processing/analyzing the xml file in the java applet. This wont be necessary for ours, because we would like to process/analyze the xml file server-side.

Note #2: It was my initial plan to use a simple <input type="file"> and have the default value set based on their os, but an obvious security-concern prevents input-file boxes from having a default value.
