Duplication Of Existing Training Portal For New Customer

Winglet Media specialise in creating internet based (Flash) interactive training to airline pilots.

Our commercial clients (Airlines and Pilot Training Companies) are provided with a tailor-made training portal consisting of the following:

- Username and password login
- HTML/PHP/MYSQL search page to look for specific training modules based on a syllabus provided by the client (these modules are currently created in Flash and Shockwave)
- Admin page for us to change the syllabus as required

We are looking to start a new working relationship with an expert in HTML/PHP/MYSQL.

The first project is to copy an existing clients training portal (all components already created) for a new client.

This project will then lead to a re-design of the whole system as we are expanding rapidly and require a more future proofed solution – the successful vendor of this project will be used for this larger project on successful completion.

Hi I would like to make a online customer portal that my customers can log in to to do the following;

1) Pay their bill
2) View their payment History
3) Setup Direct Debit
4) View a graph of their usage by Day
5) View a graph of their spend by product (DSL, Mobile, Fixed Wire)
6) List their 5 most commonly called numbers
7) Update the details of where to email their bill to
Turn off paper billing
9) put banners on the page to advertise specials

The portal needs to be secure and will need to pull data using XML from our suppliers system.

Presentation is important as is understanding what we are trying to acheive here.
Lots of other ongoing work to participate in if you are sucessful on this job including a similar portal for electricity so we can view our electricity usage by 30min block across and a graph of the last three bills.

not fussed which technology but this .net will be the quickest.

also want to do this on iphone but will get that quoted separately in another ticket.

2nd time posting for this project, looking for a winner!

Need a clone of this site jax4kids.com or something extremely similar. If someone can provide this using wordpress, edirectory, etc. than all the better. Have edirectory already but would need to be skinned/customized to change the look.

Primary Goal: to be able to list events, ads, etc. in a similar fashion….so like a directory but not have the look or feel of a directory!

Major Requirements: admin control which will allow advertisements, banners, articles, listings, events ALL with similar functionality to the above mentioned site.

Must have previous experience with this type of project. I know there are skins/themes available for joomla or wordpress and that would be fine but functionality and appearance are a must!!!
