What I will need:
A point system.
A market system for users to buy images that will be known as items. I must be able to add and delete from this section.
An ebay like system.
The ability to contact you if I want to add something to my site.

What I am looking to do is get a system based on points setup on my website. There will be 3 types of points and will be named "Tokens" on my site. These tokens will be used as follows:
Dark Gray: This token can be used by all. This token can be earned through posts on the forum.
Silver: This token can be used by all. This token can be earned by winning official contests and distributed by the administrators of the forum.
Gold: This token can be used by all. This token is earned by purchasing it at the prize machine for $2USD for 200 Gold Tokens.

That is pretty much it for the tokens except I would like to keep the door open with whomever I work with in case I decide to add a new token or something new.

I will also need a page that can be setup like ebay. There will be 4 settings for the amount of time the auction is allowed. These 4 are: 1 hour. 2 hours. 4 hours. 24 hours. It must also have a buy it now button and the price set by the person doing the auction.

People can buy items in the Town Square. The items that are sold must be able to be edited by an administrator. So please include details of how this will be done. The items will only be images in .png format.

I will need a page with a claw grab machine that when you push the big red button on the front that it opens a new tab to bring you to a payment method plan on how many gold tokens they want, and once they buy the tab closes and the claw in the grab machine goes down and picks up what appears to be a yellow bag. This will mean that they have successfully got their gold tokens. The minimum purchase will be 2USD.

I need it made so that whatever they earn or buy on the actual website is applied to their account on the forum. Meaning simply they can login to the forum, then go to the website and they would be visiting as their account instead of a visitor.
