IMAP Server Repair

I have a Plesk CentOS 5.XX server from GoDaddy. For some reason the IMAP is not setup correctly. None of the users have a sent mail box, trash, spam, etc.

No sent mail is sent. When mail is deleted it does not go to trash. Webmail client can delete email from the inbox and it goes away. Users can not delete from their iphone.

There is a spam filter built in. All spam is also delivered to the inbox with ****SPAM**** in front of it.

I need someone to completely fix the server and get all users accounts fixed with trash, drafts, sent items, etc. There are 50 – 75 users on this system so I want to make sure that there is not dataloss. Once you have completed I would like to receive documentation on what you did so that I may apply the changes in the future in case the issue occurs again or if we reformat the server.

This is a URGENT Project!

Introduction

We have built a website that allows people to post profiles of themselves. It allows non-registered users to look at their profile and contact them if they wish.

The Problem
===========

Currently, the method of contacting a member on the site is by the visitor sending an e-mail to the member.

Our client would like the member and the visitor to be able to communicate via a messaging system rather than using e-mail (as the e-mail system takes the user off the site).

The messaging system should be similar to the inbox system on Facebook.

The main difference is that one person is registered (and therefore can easily have a mailbox) and the other person is not (and therefore anonymous).

It is obviously difficult to build a messaging system when one user is anonymous.

The Solution
===========

To get around this, this is our proposed solution:

1.Add an inbox section to the members profile area.
2.When a visitor checks the profile of the member, they can leave a message there for them which will then go into the members inbox. The visitor must leave a valid e-mail address at this point.
3.It is most important that the member and visitor do not see each others e-mail addresses because they may continue to communicate off the site

I currently have a mail server set up as a relay server for my companys email needs. We are an event marketing company and this email server needs to send a very high volume of emails on a daily basis.

The server is currently running CentOS 5.5 with postfix. I need to setup DKIM and domainkeys.
Our problem is that a lot of our email land in junk mail of the major email providers, even though our static address is not blacklisted.

Currently, our records contain the first and last name, address, associated practice, phone number and specialty; however, we lack and desire the corresponding e-mail address and/or website.

We are most interested in obtaining personal or practice-associated e-mail addresses for doctors or managers who own/work in a private practice setting. However, we are not interested in e-mail addresses of dentists currently involved with the military (ending in .mil), education (ending in .edu) or government (ending in .gov).

We need someone to obtain these e-mails and websites for us. In order to assess ability and proficiency we will furnish a mini-project of 1000 records. Your first job is to find these email/websites as a sample of your work. Because the e-mail address is our priority, we will pay 8 cents ($US) per accurate e-mail address and a 4 cent ($US) bonus for that dentists associated website. Nothing will be awarded for a website that doesnt accompany an e-mail address. After we verify that the e-mail addresses/websites are accurate and current, we will pay you the stated rates.

This project will end up being a long-term commitment. We have a list of 170,000 dentists for which we need e-mail addresses/websites. If you have experience in data collection and information research, please respond and explain why you are qualified for this position.
