I have a website template so maybe another approach is to have a freelancer build me a small cms script that will manage a database and embed the database onto the website page – i must be able to mange the listing and add fields as required.

Property Management Web Site

Note: this is primarily a PHP/MYSQL project

I have the need for a new property management web application.

The initial implementation will be quite simple, but i want to scale it up in the future to make it bigger and more advanced at some point.

Initially I just want to build the backend to help me manage it. Once this is complete I want to build the front end so we can showcase the properties / rooms with photos / descriptions etc.

Its quite a simple project, let me know how much as soon as possible please.

Need basic property logo – Lets call it Wavendon Properties and very simple, crisp and clean layout. Nothing fancy at all.

Its not for use by the public ( not yet anyway ) so it just needs to be crisp and clear rather than anything fancy.

The company is a proper manager, Each property has an owner and the property is part of a portfolio for that ower. Its a VERY simple web app to enable me to add and remove records for a group of properties, tenants and manage the rental income and expenses

i have described the different entities and fields/attributes we need to display/manage i need to manage in the enclosed word doc. Please note this may need some minor adjustment as its just a guideline.

restricted areas of site, register for events, can make use of the IPHONE
application and more.
Project Components
Web site Outline
The web site will cater to all 4 user groups. It will custom designed and
developed in PHP with a My SQL database. The website will be driven by a
secure, web based a dm ins trait ion panel through which the Admin users of
the site can manage it.

Said website will empower the users in the following way:

Senior Admin related functions
1. Manage the websites navigation structure, including add and remove
pages.
2. Manage the websites users: both Junior Admins and Registered Users.
3. Manage the sites open and registered area content.
4. Upload real estate listings*. The website will also pull real estate Lists from third
party sites and add them to the real estate List automatically.
5. Manage and create events that end-users can RSVP too.
Junior Admin related functions
6. Upload all videos for training and sales
Can do any of the 4 points described above that the Senior Admin provides
access too.

Can view the open area content and request access to restricted area

Iphone App Need For A Real Estate Project

Summary: Id like to have an App built for my real estate properties list. I want to be able to put photos and descriptions and bid dates for contracts and pricing. etc… And I want it to be available for my buyer clients to see all the available listings I have. I also would all the listings to have a geocode so that all properties can be mapped.. Also, i would like it to have the capability to have the buyer to have a tracking where they can see how far they are to the property from where they are currently standing. . The sign-up link would be from a list of subscriber information externally managed.

Here are additional needs:
1. I need to have a along with the app a way to input all data on my own like a backoffice to manage the app. Can you do that? For example my properties will be on a Excel spreadsheet to upload and the photos of pics will be in jpeg and videos in areas of the App. Etc…

2. I want to be able to upload videos in certain areas of app. Also, when the list of the property comes out, I want to be able to have a video button so that a client could have that option when they see the property they like.And be able to manage video upload on a backoffice management system.

3. I will need a clients lead capture page where Ill be able to for them to click a button to automatically call a phone number or click and be able to send us a email regarding the properties they are interested.

4. I also will need a capability to upload my agents and have them be geocode on there locations so that clients will know the closest agent to them. Again a backoffice system to manage all this.

5. I will also need to have the capability to upload files like PDF in the agents and customer section.

6. Also, I will need to have a capability to sell "AD" space for my vendors.

7. Also, I will need your company submitting and getting approval from the App store with apple?

We have a website that was built in PHP and using Mysql – it has been custom built inhouse using our own custom framework. What we need is a feature that users can click on and report other users, block other users, report their comment and post as spam or other things. We will then need an admin area to see and manage these and also to manage users, see how many users joined per day, per hour etc. From admin area we should be able to delete users, update their email, change their usernames etc. We can simply start out with something basic.

We want to protect the site from spammers – for example – a spammer go to the search page and use a bot to get all the content then send them a message or add them as a friend – we need to show the capcha code after a certain amount of navigation by the user or after user send xamount of message or comment and or friend requests.

Will allow me to manage the memberships, the customer transactions, and share various files and folders, joomla articles, categories and sections based on the memberships that they subscribe to. – Marketing Section: Manage, edit and create own emarketing program which is easy to use and gives reports back as to what and how it is working. Create featured products on home page of front end. Manage all online and offline marketing.
– Catalogue Section: Manage & edit all products and services available on the website
– Client Section: Manage & edit all details about the client, contact details, staff, previous jobs, quotes, client specific catalogue
– Supplier Section: Manage & edit all details about the suppliers, contact details, staff, previous jobs, quotes, pricelists etc.
– Sales Section: Manage & edit a sales management system from the time of enquiry right through until the job is delivered to the client.
– Operations Section: Manage & edit a operations/production/job management system from the time of approved order right through until the job is delivered to the client.
– Reports Section: Manage, edit and view many reports, sales reports, operations/production reports, supplier reports, client reports, account reports, employee reports, marketing reports
– This all needs to be backed up with a mobile version/application for ipad and iphone

Everything must be backed up online so nothing can ever be lost.
