Property Management Web Site

Note: this is primarily a PHP/MYSQL project

I have the need for a new property management web application.

The initial implementation will be quite simple, but i want to scale it up in the future to make it bigger and more advanced at some point.

Initially I just want to build the backend to help me manage it. Once this is complete I want to build the front end so we can showcase the properties / rooms with photos / descriptions etc.

Its quite a simple project, let me know how much as soon as possible please.

Need basic property logo – Lets call it Wavendon Properties and very simple, crisp and clean layout. Nothing fancy at all.

Its not for use by the public ( not yet anyway ) so it just needs to be crisp and clear rather than anything fancy.

Adwords Optimisation & Management

I have been running a succesful adwords campaign for one month but yesterday sacked the campaign manger as he was not proving reports and still after 4 weeks had not supplied Analytic codes.

Open Source Script Web Project Management System

This project will be a web based project management system for freelance writing services.

Here are the main requirements I need:

Only once an order has been paid (only after payment has been sent…through paypal) from my website, the client can upload the project details / attachments to the server.

Also, Admin or someone else I give permission to will be able to UPLOAD / add to writing project details on the server, along with their requirements and any relevant attachments.

Uploaded projects are titled, given a due date, and categorized by the type of writing based on the website for.

At any given time, there may be 10, 20, 100, however many projects posted to the job board.

Next, I will need to give my pre-approved writers access to the list of writing projects, but only categories for which they had qualified. I need to be able to set and change their category access.

Writers will be able to read the instructions for each of the projects, due date, etc.

Then, they can choose which project they want to write.

There needs to be a limit on how many projects any particular writer can claim at one time.

Once the writer claims / signs up for / agrees on the project / writing assignment, it needs to disappear from the list of available projects.

When the writer is done, he/she needs to be able to upload the projects as an attachment (MS Word is a must, but all MS Office extensions should be compatible as an upload, for instance .PPT or even videos).

I need to be able to set notifications when projects are uploaded.

I also need notifications sent if nothing has been uploaded by the due date that had been set.

Clients will be notified once their project has been uploaded and is ready to be downloaded from the system.

I will of course need a copy of all files you create.
