Hi.Ive been requested to provide a quote for animating a few children music projects. I have the audio content/CD ready to be release and the idea is to incorporate video content. To start with, for the first project, Ill need the modelling and rigging of the main character (2D drawing provided) and of a pencil, which will have human features like eyes and mouth. 3 of 4 pencils required in total, each with somewhat different features.These will then be part of a 3 minute video, where the other objects used would be more generic and/or copyright free (library stuff). Once this is done, the characters will be used in several other videos all with about 2 minutes.
Theres also the possibilty of a series with 3 minutes episodes for which a 20 second opening sequence will be required, a 10 sec. end credits and then 2 1/2 minutes of video for each episode.And there are other similar children projects requiring video.This will be an on going thing!
But one at the time…
For now I just need values for the main character and pencils on a 3 minutes max. video as explained before.

What is the program for?
Detecting cheats/hacks running on a players computer for online tournaments for computer games.
What does the program need to do?
1. Allow the user to login with a username and password which will be in our websites database. No registration function needed.
2. The program will need to automatically refresh the users login every few minutes so that our website can ensure the user is running the program on their computer. For example the program will refresh the users login every 2 minutes, then the website will timeout the users login every 3 minutes unless that login session is refreshed – so as long as the program is running the website will never timeout/log them out. You will not be responsible for coding the website.
3. At random intervals (every 1-2 minutes) the program needs to take a true screenshot of the users computer screen which will show any cheats/hacks with visual features. Each time a screenshot is taken it needs to compress and upload the image file to our web server INSTANTLY, without storing the screenshot on the users computer.
4. Log IP address, Mac Address and Hardware ID of the user and send it to our website.
5. Monitor running programs to detect when the computer game is running, when the game is running it should be taking screenshots, when the game is not running it should not be taking screenshots. Process names are hl.exe and hl2.exe.

I have a scan of a utility bill in a jpg that has my business address on it and I need that name/address removed and replaced with my personal name and address in the corresponding place. Simple flash movie required to be sent to me in a file format that can be inserted into an ebook that appears on the page as a screen not simply a link and with stop, play, pause buttons.
The movie will consist of 1 static background image, 10 images that will appear in the centre of the background image but will scroll through rapidly being on the screen for about 1 second each and 30 lines of text that will fade in and out at varying speeds over a 20 second cycle so this 20 second visual will be created by showing the 30 lines of text once and the 10 image segment twice. Thereafter simply repeat the segment through the audio.
The audio is 25.5 minutes long and the movie will show just the main image on the screen for the first 2 minutes followed by 10 minutes of repeated 30text/10image segment followed by 8 minutes of main background image only and then the final 5 minutes will consist of the main background image with 8 lines of text appearing at a point within its duration.
All images and text will be provided.
