MySQL Database

I need to take an existing populated (approx 800 tables with about 30 fields each) Access database
and covert it to mySQL and then have the following forms in ASP so they are accessable on a website. i.e. information can be added to the database online and information can searched.
To query the data base with i.e. First name or Surname, or Skill level
And be able to add data online
There are approx 30 fields i.e. id photo, id number, company number, first name, surname, company name, street address, postal address, skill level, qualification, general info section.

This is not a big database and is currently in operation but the owners are moving it to me. It is currently Access and ASPX i wwant to move to open source mysql and asp.Approx 6 names a month are added
This is quite urgent, but as usual not a big budget.

600-800 Products Listed On My Cscart Store- Fairly Easy Work

I will send you complete instructions upon acceptance of your bid, but here is basically what you will be doing.

I need 600-800 products entered into a CS – cart store.

You will login to my website and add products via the web.

Typical Entry of a product requires the following

1. Login to my companys website
2. Go to suppliers website.
3. Copy and Paste the following information:
- Product Name
- Product code
- Price (you will do a simple calculation, you will take the price on the suppliers website, multiply it by 160%, and then enter that as the product price on my website)
- Competitors price, you will go to staples.com, look up the retail price on the product, and post that as the competitors price
- You will add product to all relevant categories. So for instance, if its a toner compatible with 3 printers, you will add it to each printer category
- copy and paste the description of the product with one minor adjustment (remove suppliers name and type my companys name instead)
- you will add picture of the product (they are already uploaded and labeled correctly to my companies server, its a simply browse and find the correct product number to add
- you will add meta tags and meta description, which will just be the name of the product followed by the list of printers it is compatible with.

It might sound like a alot, but its 99% simply copying and pasting job.

Please bid on this job only if you have the following abilities:
1. Strong grasp of english language, we will need an update on progress every 48 hours, and if your work needs corrected we need to be able to communicate and understand one another well.
2. Attention to detail, I cannot stress this enough, the prices, the product code, the categories all need to be correct, we will reject any entries that are incorrect and they will need to be fixed by you.

There is no hard deadline, but I would like the project completed within a few weeks. It would probably be best if the work was done with a small group of individuals, but if you feel you can tackle it on your own then by all means bid.

All bids lower than $100 will be ignored, this is an easy, but time consuming process, and I want to be fair.

If project is completed in a decent time frame and with minimal errors I will include a bonus amount of pay.

Complete, detailed instructions, along with login information will be given to you upon acceptance of your bid. When you bid please include a 1 sentence reply to show me that you have a good grasp of english.

Collection Counting Application

I have written an excel spreadsheet (using VB :330 lines) that assists in the counting of collections of money.

It is designed to take the human error out of the counting process. It locks cell to editing but allows flexibility for users (with no IT/computer knowledge) to easily add additional sheets. It allows for the calculation of cash, credit card and cheque payments.

I would like to have this converted to an executable that will operate on a windows based OS (without the need for COTS software). The current version contains a limited level of security which I would like enhanced. I would also like to create a 10 version (or 3 month) trial licence and additional functionality such as printing, emailing, configurable settings such as organisation name, logo, save directory.

A browser enabled interface would be preferable. I have attached some screen shots for information. The code and master excel spreadsheet will be made available to the successful bidder. Agreement to Copyright in my name is required.

Image Upload Form

I need a simple upload form created that allows someone to upload up to 10 images to a directory on my server. there will be 2 additional boxes for them to enter their name and email. for each image, they will be able to select one of 10 categories from a pulldown menu. The file name of the image you save on my server will be a combination of the category, their name and the image name. This will need to appear on my drupal website.

I will show you example of what I need done.

I assume this will only be one to two hours work and the bid should reflect that – e.g. – $30-$40. This project will absolutely need to be finished within 12 hours

Outlook Name Lookup From CSV File Of Telephone Numbers

Hello,

I am a Consultant and bill my time by the hour. I have an iPhone and use a program called iPhoneBackupExtractor to dump the Call Log into a CSV file. The problem is that the CSV file only has the phone numbers, not the name of the client I was talking to. I need a script/program that will take the phone number entries in the CSV file and lookup the Display Name in my Outlook Contacts. Output can be a CSV or Excel file.

Onmouseover Popup Mysql Data

I need a script that will work on PHP and Mysql. What the script will do is a popup mouseover. The mouseover will be on the order id and the popup will be able to list columns of table of what make up the total amount of the product id. For example. Order id = 10456. When you mouseover the product id, this should query the database(Mysql) and return a result in a popup table listing the number of items that constitutes the order id. The popup table must be up to 5 colums with the header name for the columns including the product id name.

Patient Registration/prescription Component Joomla&Virtuemar

Summery project

Web application developed that will help my clients input patients and simple prescriptions from a selection of products and also enter the amount and daily intake of medicine. All products exist in virtuemart but I would like to have a import facility for product price changes.

From an administration point I need to be able to do reports on each client and there patients based on the amount charged and products and patient name and client name. Also monthly summery reports on all clients

Registration of new clients should be done by themselves or by the administrator.

Flow for the Client/Therapist

Customer log-in to prescription site through ssl he will then be able to search for his customers only but also create new ones when needed. From here he will then enter the customer name address etc and also his own address and customer id will be shown. All products he will need to search for and enter will be on a database he would also have a free text field for daily intake. Also prices for the products and shipping cost calculation should be done automatically. Once the client is ready with the prescription he would then need to send this prescription to me and I would be able to go through and edit/ look into the prescription finally an option for me to accept and make the prescription ready for shipping. When that option is done and selected and export of the prescription to a XML format and into a common network share should be done. The format for the XML file will be described later this will provide me with automatic shipping feature that has all ready been implemented.

PC Inventory Software

I need a simple application developed that will reside on the taskbar and submitePC Inventory such as current ip address, up time, User information (Name, Address, Phone Number, etc), Computer Name, Domain, as well as Hardware Information such as: BIOS CPU Cache Memory and Phyiscal Memory Harddisk and Logical Disk DVD / CD-Rom, Floppy Drive and Tape Drive Motherboard Monitor Display Card, Sound Card, NetworkAdapter and Modem Keyboard and Pointing Device BUS and System Slot 1394 Controller, IDE Controller, USB Controller, SCSI Controller and PCMCIA Controller And software information such as: Window OS Installed Softwares Microsoft Packs / Update / Security Update / Hotfix Drivers, Running services The application will run preferebly as a service therefore it is harder to remove. The user information will be entered through a simple interface that opens when you right click on the taskbar icon and select "user info" There will also be a about menu when right clicked. The server / url to send the information as well as all the information specified in the About menu will be specified in a INI file. That way making it easy for us to deploy for multiple clients. The Client will update the server at each bootup as well as hourly intervals or whatever we specifiy in the ini. I will provide the taskbar icon. The server will be MySQL we will need a script or something to make the database the way it needs to be made. Also the data must have a simple web interface with user / pass auth. The interface must have a logo and maybe some information then there will be the data for the computers I want to be able to select how many records to see at each time including the most recently active computers. We must be able to sort by First Name, Last Name, IP, etc. Just as a simple form filter to put in order. Also there must be a printable view of a "report" like we may want to print a report with all the computers with Windows XP so all we need to do is sort / filter all the xp computers and print and it should print in a printable view such as gmail does when printing. WP Expert

Drop down menu to sort by Tag & Category (2 different drop downs)
i.e. Tag Name & Category Name must pull only those posts

Styling needs to be adjusted (I have the code it can be copied from on the main site) just need it to be applied to the new drop down.

Currently I have the tags drop down thats working fine – but I need to have it work with the Categories drop down.

This should not take more than 1 hour if the person knows what theyre doing
