I have a large PHP project that needs coding. I am only accepting coders from Russia or Eastern Europe.

All pages are created (html/css/graphics/hosted) so that you can concentrate purely on the coding, and not have to worry about the rest.

I split the site into 4 sections, and I will pay 25% of agreed amount after each section. First section is most likely the hardest, as it involves the newsletter creator (jquery, ajax, etc…)

*The only page not made in html/css format is the newsletter creator because I thought it would be easier for the coder to design this complicated page from scratch. But I do have a detailed mockup in design form to go from.

For payment system I will be using Plimus, they will help us setup everything should we need help there. Once the member inputs their payment information, we will need to transfer the member to the Plimus website, but we can design it so that it looks just like ours.

This is for an email marketing site with social media integration. Members can sign up, create email newsletters, deliver them, and track their results. The newsletter creator is special as it will be heavy in jQuery, allowing members to drag/drop in images. right click and add more changes. change colors simply by clicking on a color palette. Also is list management, uploading lists, connecting to a members mysql database and getting their customers email addresses from there, creating sign up forms where subscribers can also subscribe using their twitter/facebook accounts (so need knowledge of twitter and FB API), and collecting statistics on opens, links clicked.

*You will need to write great code to send these newsletters out, throttling them. And also being able to track which newsletters bounce from any subscriber and recording that. Bounces are when the mails dont through to the subscribers email box, because its full, or doesnt exist anymore.

All email newsletters will auto be assigned to its own website URL on a domain I have.

Socially, if members choose, they have this URL posted onto their twitter or facebook walls.
