This project is for building 20 Websites by using SCRIPT and templates to get permanent, static,one way links for my websites for SEO purposes. You can use you own script or some "tools" like WordPress or Joomla ( preferred OWN script or mixed solution )
If quality work done I will hire in the future. I got 10 websites for SEO and I would need more script websites like this EVERY MONTH !!
** I can deliver ( pay for ) articles, domains, titles, descriptions, keywords and multi IPs server/s !! You just got to use the script to build these websites.

Requirements:
Each domain ( owned and paid by me ) must have min. 10 sub-pages.
Minimum Two (2) back links ( linking to my "money making sites " should be placed on each page. ( script must gives option to add automatically more links in the future for all 20 websites )
Each page must include:
minimum one (1) 500 characters article ( paid and deliver by me )
minimum one (1) image / picture ( deliver by me ! )
title and description ( defined automatically be the script ) I can deliver titles and descriptions.
minimum 10 meta keywords : defined automatically by script ( I can provide a list of keywords )
EACH DOMAIN SHOULD HAVE IMPLEMENTED AN INTERNAL LINKING ( all 10 sub-pages on EACH domain should link to the home page and home page should link to all 10 or more sub-pages on EACH domain / website )
Script should give an option to update automatically all websites with new articles, pictures, links and/or new sub-pages to generate some activity for search engines !
I would be nice If you can refer a quality and affordable multi IPs ( SEO friendly ) server for building these script websites.
