To design a pamphlet in A4 size (can also be two A5) for a camera accessory product. Output files include ai, jpg and pdf. We will provide text, photos of product and necessary stock photo/ customized photos upon request. You need to design the layout and do typesetting.

One of my customer had a friend design a new pamphlet for his masssage business
Now he would like the design of his site to match the look of his pamphlet

I can provide the pamphlet in a PDF format, Not you cannot extract the PDF other than one image
Looking to get this broken down so that we can build a header, footer, common background, with the images. Bassiocally build a template that I can use to build all his pages from.

Think this should be a $15-100 range for this work. Yiou tell me what you feekl is involved with your bid.

I want a company logo designed, as well as a brochure.
The company name is "Get Picked Up" which is a limosine booking company,
For the logo I want a picture of a nice car with a chauffour Standing opening the door with his hand out towards you.
The pamphlet will be a 3 fold pamphlet describing the company and how to use the i phone and Android Applications.

I want the feel to be professional and modern but cool and fun to use.

Our nursery is looking to develop and design the application pamphlet consisting of all the application forms and nursery profile.
The logo has already been prepared and ready to use. The only modification to be done to the logo will be the colors. Therefore the colors and theme will be used from the logo.

Creative Designer For Pamphlet

Im looking for a creative designer to do a pamphlet that will be mailed out to 15,000 dance instructors in the U.S. This mailer must look polished and professional. The person I will choose will provide me with 5 unique designs and once we choose the desired design we will get up to 7 revisions. You must know how to design something that will be printed because print shops make you follow their specs or they will delay the mailing.

To be considered I need to see examples of your best work.

Here are the specs.

– The glossy brochure will be cut at 8.5 x 11
– Will be Tri-Fold it. Making 3 panels on each side.
– Designer should build it 4/color 2-sided with a full bleed out to 9 x 11.5 with crop marks at 8.5 x11.
– Will be a self-mailer so we dont need the envelope. (need to take into consideration mailing address, return address and stamp when designing the cover)

It will be a card that will be purchased by families that will save them money on the best restaurants and entertainment attractions in Los Angeles. Our logo and website are done, so you will be able to use those creative assets for the three pieces. We will also provide you with a creative brief to help you design our elements. We will need a multi-page pamphlet that will detail all of the discounts the purchasers will receive and a double sided rack card that will sum up and highlight the product.

I need a web interface for a user to signup and maintain their account, basic stuff, username password, security questions.

There account will consist of personal information as well as approximately 50 other custom fields. all items should be able to be

The fields needed are all already part of a PDF located here:

I need the user to enter these data on a webform and save into a database. I then need the ability to print the PDF with these fields filled with the information the user originally provided.

I want an open source solution and do not wish to by a 3rd party solution, im sure there are open source libraries available for this. All work must be done using SQL server, ASP.net and C# in a web interface.
