Hi, everybody, , I´m looking for quotes not too cheap thought someone who can do this within 5-10 days

The website need to be as simple as possible, clean with bright colurs, but that´s my work, I´m just looking for someone who is able to do the psd to xhtml work, I need quotes not too expensive and not too cheap, of course I need to see your portfolio, feedback, my budget it´s around $60-$150 so please bid according to this, but if cost a little more let me know, I don´t want tons of messages telling me yes I can do it, etc, I´m just looking for reasonable price, and someone trustworthy with good communication, let me know if you have any question.
