IPhone Dynamic Questionnaire App

Need a dynamic questionaire app that ideally does the following:

1) has a reusuable view for top half of the view that contains a scrollable text label or similar that is read only for a question.
2) a answer type can be defined of the following:
a. free text (single line)
b. larger comments text (multiple lines and scrolling)
c. numeric value
d. picker view with a fixed list (only can select from list given)
e. picker view with "other" option where if required answer is not provided an other option may be selected and added to the list
f. picture selector (existing pictures) or capture a new picture
g. date/time picker
h. yes/no picker (segmented control)
i. signature (capture signature and save jpg, png, or similar)

idea is I would read the questions from a text file which would have the text to populate the question label (#1 above) and also the type of question which would load the appropriate view (#2) and contain any required values for picker select lists, etc.

Rotating Cube Questions

I need to create 400 rotating cube questions.

Three sides of the cube will be visable and then a 90 degree rotation of the cube will be made (left, right, up, down)

There should then be a choice of 5 possible answers.

The format of each question should be as followed:

First Cube is to Second Cube

Third Cube is to ? Answer A Answer B Answer C Answer D Answer E

The first and second cube must follow a pattern (left, right, up or down)
The third to the ? must follow the same pattern but will have different shapes inside.

Each question must be different although some shapes may be repeated in different combinations.

Please make a mock up of one question to ensure quality and understanding of required questions.

This is to be a paid advice addition to an existing website. See Justanswer.com for the general idea but here are additional details:

1) The content management system must allow me to create Categories and subcategories of questions. For example, the categories will be based on the person/organization asking the question. This can be achieved with a drop down box with the question: Are you looking for advice related to: an individual, company, not for profit, other.

Then the subcategories will identify the subject nature of the question such as income tax, estate planning, wills, student loans, other etc.

In addition, as this is a fixed fee model, the price for each question will be listed beside each subcategory.

2) Once the individual identifies the category and subcategory of their question it will go to a page Then it goes to a page that shows the category and subcategory of their question and a box to enter the question itself. After entering their question they are taken to a page where they can sign in or enter their name and registration info(email and password) if they are a new member.

3) After entering their question they are taken to a payment page where the options are visa, mastercard, paypal.

4) Once payment is approved they are notified that an expert will be responding soon.

5) At this point the question is saved and also emailed to the expert.

6) The experts must have to have the ability to log in and see a list of new questions and be able to click on each one to provide a response that is saved to the members file and then also emailed to him/her.

7) If the customer logs in again they can send followup/clarification emails/discussions to the expert without any additional charge.

8) Both parties should have the ability to close the discussion thread related to the individual question.

9) As a follow up, once the discussion thread is closed the customer is sent an email requesting feedback in a set format.. ie tick boxes and short comment section.

10) With respect to experts, there is no option for people to request to be experts. They can only be added by myself from within the CMS. They will be assigned to specific categories/subcategories and automatically emailed the questions/responses related to that area.

11) In addition as part of the CMS as moderator I should have the ability to block users.

On our app, no matter what types of questions a quiz contains, we have to consider the followings:
1. opening of quiz to a certain student:
1.1. see if the test is valid on that day,
1.2 see if or not the student has completed all attempts allowed,
1.3 any time delayed from his last attempts

2. So when presenting our question mode, we have to include the followings in our interface:
2.1 to display a timer
2.2 always showing one question per page
2.3 a "submit" button to each question
2.4 displaying feedback to each question, if available

I am looking for an expert to produce an iPhone App. The App sould be build up as a quiz and include 20 questions each with 3 eligible answers. If the user answers one question wrong, the iPhone should vibrate and go on with the next question. If the user answers right, a video sequence (will be delivered by me) will be shown. After the presentation of the video sequence the user will go on with the next question. After having answered 5 questions correcty, the quiz will end with a screen showing a picture and a message. Th video sequences will be provided as well as some design elements. I need a simple application with easy handling and an looking for a reliable developer.

I am after someone to develop an online exam system in PHP/MySQL.

The exam system will create PDF paper exams that will be given to candidates sitting an exam in a classroom environment.

Exam system will be capable of the following.

1. Multiple choice questions / short answer questions.

1.1 The system shall be able to create a 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 question multiple choice or short answer exam picked from a database of over 1000 questions (I have these questions in a spreadsheet already)

1.2 The questions shall be capable of displaying an image.

1.3 There should be an administration system for entering/editing questions. I would prefer something like CKEditor for the editing of questions.

1.4 The exams, once created, should be able to be saved for later printing or referral. E.g. exam serial 1234 contains questions id 5, 7, 9, 11, 24 etc.

1.5 The exams should print with an answer sheet. E.g. Question 1 = A, Question 2 = B or for short answer questions Question 1 = Keyword 1, Keyword 2, Keyword 3, Question 2 = Keyword 4, keyword 5, Keyword 6.

1.6 When creating the exam or entering the questions, questions should be able to be filtered by exam subject i.e. (Head disease exam, blood disease exam, foot disease exam). And question difficulty out of 10.

1.7 there should be a means of recording who has sat what exam paper from a table of candidates. E.g. J. Smith has sat exam serial 1234 and serial 5678

Update 300 Hotmail Accounts: Passwords & Forwarding

I have 5 sets of 60 hotmail email accounts (300 total) which each need to have the following done to them:

– change the password (new passwords will be provided)
– forward the email account (fowarding addresses will be provided)
– update the country to United States
– change the security question (the question selection will be provided)
– update the answer to the security question (this will be provided)

I have put all the information you will need into an Excel spreadsheet for each set of 60 accounts, which is already formatted to make this easy to follow. I will also provide a video explaining exactly how I need this to be completed, to ensure there are no errors with this process.

Once each individual account is updated, you will need to track this on the same Excel spreadsheet provided.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire

Hi all,

I want a game "who wants to be a millionaire" that are developed in Flash using Action Script 3.

There should be a mySQL Database (using Easy PHP) that contain the questions and 4 answers for each question (1 correct and 3 wrongs) and a level for each question.

A php code will import randomly 15 questions from the database to flash. (any question should not be repeated in the same session, and should respect the Level sequence)

When the question are imported in flash the game begin (developed using Action Script 3, 15 questions {first 5 question should be Level 1, then we go up with the level for each 2 question {ex: question 1 to 5: Level 1, Question 6 and 7: Level 2, Question 8 and 9: Level 3…}) also the game should contain 3 helping ways…

I am wanting a product selection/assitsant tool so it easier for my custumers to find the products they are looking for. I have over 3000 adult toy products on the site so it can be hard to choose.

Quiz App Iphone

I want you to develop a basic app first for iphone/ipad/mac

the workflow is something like this

1. welcome screen, pls. enter name,
next screen welcome "name" label and "name" audio.
2.question with 3 multiple choice answers, select one radio button to answer and the labels are images. 2 buttons, submit and End
after clicking submit, if answer is correct goto to next screen question with 3 multiple choices. if the answer is wrong then display the correct answer with explanation and option to go to next question.

My question is how many questions can i have in this app in terms of memory, how much memory should the whole app have for downloading and navigating smoothly without any issues. content is mostly text and images may be reused in different questions. I have the entire list of questions with multiple choice answers.

Also there should be scoring,time option and grades etc.

Our website is going to be a donation based quiz website. This quiz is going to look very similar to the quiz on http://freerice.com

When the website loads you will automatically be brought to a page containing a question and four possible answers. Once the question is answered a new page loads and the user is told whether he/she has donated with the correct answer or was incorrect. To get a better idea of what the quiz will look like, I advise you go to freerice.com and mess around for a few minutes. Our game should run exactly like theirs.

Since we will need a database of questions and answers, we would like you to build the code and program, so that we can easily, manually add questions/answers.

Along with the game, we want the ability to keep a running record of answers correct. This aspect of the website is extremely important and cant be overlooked.

According to the numbers of correct answers we will receive from all categories and the total, will determine how much money we donate that day.

For each day, three charities will be displayed below the quiz for each subject. For example, science questions will have three organizations that we will donate to, displayed below it. The amount of correct answers to the question, determines how much money we donate to organizations. Since we are unfamiliar with the inner workings of web development, we are unsure how we can collect and store the data. Hopefully, you will make a clear method for this.

Our website will have multiple subjects and areas of study. With all of these subjects we will need an efficient way of retaining and extracting data, so we can donate. Accordingly.

To take it one step further, we would like to create profiles for each user to keep track of their correct answers. It would tell them the total amount of correct answers as well as how many for each subject.

Excel Macro Questionaire

I need help building a complex questionaire in Excel. Questions are arranged in categories.

A simple question might be placed in a row cell with a YES/No answer next to it. If the user selects No the score is 0, if the user hits yes they score a 1 – Simples (even I can do this) but here is where it gets complicated.

A more complicated question might have the answer options Internal/External.
The answer has a score still but this time the spreadsheet asks new questions based on the result.

For example:

Category 1 – Pollution

Question 1 – Are you male or female- Score 0 or 0
Question 2 – Do you have a car ? – Yes/No Score 5 for yes and 0 for No

If Answer 2 = Yes then ask:
Question 2a- Is It Diesel Or Petrol Or LPG – Score 4 for Diesel 2 For Petrol 1 For LPG

If Answer 2a = LPG Then ask:
Question 2aa – Is It Single Or Multipoint Injection ? Score 2 For Single & 1 For Multipoint

If Answer 2 = No Then Ask:
Question 2b – Do you have a Motorbike – Yes/No 1 For yes. 0 For No.

Question 3 ….etc

I need to know the sum of all the scores for each question.
So in out example Question 1 always has a score of 0
Question 2 could have a score of 0 for (no car and no bike), a score of 7 for a multipoint LPG car, or up to 9 for a diesel. I will then sum the questions in each category and draw a graph.

There are several ways to solve this problem. I am open to suggestions.

Flash Quizgame

Hello,

Im looking for a developer who can create a Flash Quizgame. Its not an ordinary Quizgame, its a live quiz.

So I need two modules.
– The first module that I would need would consist out of a Flash movie that can be placed on a webpage.
Its basically a window where I can dynamically send content to.

– The second module is the Quizmaster-console which can be any language you like; PHP, HTML, ASP, Flash, it doesnt matter.
I have a number of different gametypes:
~ Question with Multiple Choice buttons
~ Question with image and answering textfield
~ Question with answering textfield

So basically its a sort of canvas which can be filled by whatever I need.

It doesnt have to be in it right away, but in the future it is meant to have a sort of list where I can prepare the questions in advance and recall them during gametime. But for now I would be happy to do it question by question.

Next I need to have a button to publish the question online. When its published it needs to display on the webpage of the players.

When the player receives the question he has 7 seconds to give an answer. When he click on an answer, or writes one in an answering textfield, it should post the answer back to my database.

If its the answer is correct then the player receives back a message with correct, if its wrong then the player receives a message with wrong answer. So basically every player should connect to the Quizmastermodule. Perhaps p2p or perhaps another way? I dont know?

However in the first stage of this project, its not mandatory to set up multiple connections. If theres one connections only thats fine to start with. The most important part is the publishing of the question to the players in realtime.

I need the code as well.

This doesnt have to be a finished product. This project is more as a "proof of concept".

As you tick the check boxes in the rows, it adds the total at the bottom of the form.

First you select each radio button and the answer given depends on which radio you selected.

Forms are going to be used in a WordPress page, but can be HTML/PHP.

We would like a website where people can play to a General Quiz with a lot of questions in the database.

How does it work ?

1) Visitor need to sign up, or play trial version
2) You click on start the Quiz
3) First question appear with 3 bad answers and 1 good.
4) If visitor answer wrong he looses and goes back to question 1.
5) If visitor answer right, he goes to question 2, then question 3, 4, 5 …
6) They have 10 seconds to answer.

The goal is to answer as many questions as you can in a raw.

We need a real-time ranking, where all players are listed. In this ranking everyone can see who is the best, how many right questions he/she answers…

We plan to give 10 free play per day, then if they want to play more, they need to pay or complete offers.

We will provide webdesign but you will have to integrate it.

You will have to make an admin where we can add "Questions & Answers"

OSQA is an open source Question and Answer Site. Looking for someone to install and modify front end design. This will be on ongoing project and would prefer someone who can continue on with the project as lead developer.

Post A Question And Then People Will Rate It On 4 Things

I am looking for someone to help me on a project.

Basically on the main page the latest "questions" are shown – the questions are user written.

Once a question is asked the website members will then have four options and a choice then to add a comment to the original question.

The questions which have the most hits will be shown in a box to the side of the main page (most hits of – Day / Week / All time)

I will need a database for users to register and login and also keep the comments, with their rating in a database with the replies.

I have asp and sql experience myself but due to time constraints cannot spend much time on this

First visit www.grockit.com there website is simple yet elegant.

I have to develop a Computer Adaptive Script:
A question will have 5 options, to be pulled from MYSQL Database along with a question.
Explanations and answer will also be there in the same database.

However A script function will have to come and play role:
If some makes a mistake, that is if he or she has attempted a wrong question between question number 1-10; 100 marks should be deducted from his total score out of 800.
Suppose he has done a question wrong between 1-10 and his final score is 720 out of 800 then the result final will be shown as: 620. However if he/she makes more than 1 question wrong between 1-10 still only 100 marks will be deducted. similarly wrong question between 11-15 will deduct 50 marks from the final score.
There will be six different kind of question saved in the database
