To prepare a letter of Introduction and resume to be provided to relevant persons (emailed, perhaps set up a new email address for this specific purpose) to all emabasies of Australia (Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade DFAT) & United Nation offices outside Australia for possible employment. My current resume will be provided for your reference upon engagement. The project will also entail providing me with any position that are currently available within these departments, either part or fulltime positions in various countries that would be suitable. The letter of introduction & resume should be of a high quality and modifyed according to DFAT and UN specific requirments (as researched). Online Flash Based Interactive Resume On Drupal Site

Project is for a vertically oriented resume with a vertical timeline on the left hand side. Different aspects of my education and career indicated on timeline and described on the right hand side of the page in expandable/collapseable boxes. I think it would be best executed in Flash. Periods of work or education would be indicated on timeline by a solid bar. Timeline is 2011 on top, 2002 on bottom. Dotted lines connect solid bars on timeline to text boxes on right hand side. When collapsed the text boxes only show the name (job, school, etc.) and the dates. When expanded (by clicking) a description would be shown.

Parsing MS Outlook Email Into MySQL Database

Required skills:

MS Outlook
Programming using VB.NET /C# / VBS / VBA
MySQL to store data

Scenario:

There is a resume search web application that provides the ability to search for resumes and then forward them to custom email address. If the recruiter likes the resume/profile, he forwards the profile to his email address. His email address is setup in MS Outlook. Hence a new mail alert appears.

Now the recruiter goes to outlook and opens up the email. From the email, he copies the various fields like name, address, phone number, email address, current salary, expected salary, location etc ( 10-15 fields) into another web based portal. After this is done, the resume that is attached to the outlook email is attached into the portal. After the candidate is added to portal, his profile will be available for further/future requirements.

What is needed:

1. An MS Outlook addin/addon needs to be created.
2. When an email is viewed, the addon will show an icon/indication that says "add to portal"
3. When this icon is clicked, the parser program will start parsing the email (string/html parsing rules will be in XML- In case the website format changes, the XML file will need to be updated with new html info).
4. After parsing the email, a connection to mySQL database is opened. The fields identified as part of parsing are loaded into the database as part of the candidate record.
5. The resume which is an attachment to the email is also uploaded into the database table.

Program needs to be written such that the icon will be available only if the predefined email address is in the sent address. Program needs to be flexible enough to understand parsing rule from XML. This way for new resume provider, the parsing file and the predefined email will be changed.

I want to set up a site where I can sell CV / Resume services to candidates (job seekers). The site will need to include pages with information about the different services and also a very basic E-commerse solution where every service will be a product they can purchase.

Social Networking Job Board Softare ASP

Website Design

I need a quick setup. I have a recruiting website called TimsRecruiting.com. I need someone who can make it look professional FAST. I dont care what you use Joomala template. WordPress Template I dont care it just needs to look good.. As far as the Database.. Samething I dont care.. There are several FREE PHP Databases out there that can be easily adapted to all the below functionality that I need for this site.. Once again I need something FAST and cheap to get started. Once I have built up the business a bit I will look to create our own in house system which I will allow the right person to help us with when the time comes…

Here are the basics It needs to have the following functions:

Employers / Recruiters
a) Resume Database – Search Resumes but only if we have allowed them to Search Resumes so there needs to be an on/off for Resume Search option in the admin… Also on Resume Search results the contact information on the resumes needs to be hidden. If an employer or recruiter likes a candidate then they can express an interest to us and we will decided if they can have the contact information or not.
b) Import Resume Option. If we have a folder of resumes that are of doc pdf etc. formats we need to be able to import them in bulk into the Resume Database

c) Job Orders – There are two options Employer or Recruitier who will place a job order with us

Employer— puts their Job Order in the database and when they input that the order is a direct placement order, after they input the Yearly Salary it presents them with a Direct Placement Fee of 20% of yearly salary… If they select that the Job Order is for a Contract Worker then when they input the hourly pay rate they will be presented with the hourly bill rate which is 65% x the hourly pay rate.

Recruiter— When they put in a job order it is a bit different. Basically the types of recruiters who will post jobs with us are Split Recruiters meaning they are sharring an order with us to help them fill. They must indicate somewhere on the order the Split Placement Fee that we will get plus the terms of payment

Job Seekers
Need to be able to create a Job Seeker profile and attach their resumes
when they do job search the jobs they are presented with they need to be able to share them with others by using a simple social connector such as AddThis etc.

Ghostwriter For E-book On Resume, Interview Tips

Im developing an e-book atm on the topic of resume and interview coaching tailored to graduates.

Ive compiled 95% of the information that I would like incorporated, which includes but is not limited to info on cover letter and resume tips, cover letter and resume samples, interview tips and tricks, sample interview questions and answers. Note, you will still be required to do research.

You will be required to write the e-book in your own words in an organised and interesting way. The finished product must be professional and to a publishable quality. You must include an index. All work must be completed to my satisfaction.

I expect it to be around 150-250 pages in length. I have over 200 pages worth of information collected from a variety of sources, including my own writing.

This will be an ongoing opportunity for the right person… when you bid on this job, you will be bidding on the completion of a trial project of 5 resumes and cover letters… this will be considered a trial period, so I can determine if the business relationship should continue. I may hire more than one for this trial period, as I need more than one writer. I will not be giving you a fixed number or project each week, as my business fluctuates. Turnaround times are important, if you tell me your will complete a project by a certain time it will need to be completed. You will have 24 hour turnaround for projects.

Details:

* When bidding, please send your bid for a total of 5 resumes and cover letters for five different individuals with possibility of being hired on a ongoing basis. You will not be required to do them all in one day, maybe one per day, so you can get the hang of my formats and requirements and to produce exceptional documents.

* You will be provided with a client worksheet, maybe an old resume, some notes, letters of recommendation, evaluations, etc. to create the documents.You will have no client contact.

* Your writing English must be exceptional and you must have a lot of experience creating resumes

* Confidentiality is imperative

* All work belongs to me and can not be shared with anyone, this includes in your portfolio, website, anywhere.

* Obviously, NO plagiarism

* Resumes and cover letters must be visually appealing, content-rich, and contain industry and position keywords

* No two resumes and cover letter will no the same content

* Cover letters really need to show the clients personality, etc. Not generic crap.

* Quality work is essential to be considered for a long term relationship.
* You will receive feedback to each project to do better with each one you do, during the trial period.
* This project is not resume writing where you just type what the client provides it is actually writing a marketing documents to secure interviews.

You will only be considered if you address your ability to meet my requirements, backed up by writing examples and details about your experience in resume and cover letter writing.
