I need an experienced full time English-speaking Filipino female virtual assistant living in the Philippines to provide link building, copywriting, editing and other web-based research services. This is a full-time contracted position and you will be expected to only work for our company and no one else. Please place your bids based on a five-day, 40-hour work week.

Below is the type of person I am seeking for this position:

* A terrific English speaker and writer. Since the majority of the articles and content written will be for Americans, it is necessary that your writing style sound like an American. Also, you need to speak English fluently as we will talk on phone occasionally and I want to prevent communication problems.

* You should be an Individual and not a company and be able to work from your own home.

* Self motivated and fast learner. I will provide instructions when necessary, but I prefer to not have to repeat instructions over and over.

* Good communication skills are a must. I prefer to work through Skype (both voice and IM).

* Computer Knowledge and understanding of Internet is a must.

Here are the skills needed for each function:

LINK BUILDING/SEO SERVICES

* Directory Submissions
* Article Submissions
* Forum Posting (not spam – but participate in discussions)
* Blog Commenting and Posting (again – spam will not be tolerated)
* Social Bookmarking – Be able to submit sites and individual web pages to various social bookmarking sites (list will be provided).
* Link Exchange Requests
* Other common link building techniques and tactics.

COPYWRITING/EDITING

* You must be able to quickly write intelligent articles on a variety of subjects in near-perfect American English.
* You will need to be able to edit and rewrite existing articles
* You will need to be able to write short reports/ebooks when needed

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

* You will need to be proficient in Word Processing and Spreadsheet software (Open Office).
* You will need to be able to send and receive emails to third parties.
* You will need to be able to perform basic Internet research and tracking through spreadsheets.
* You will need to be able to provide daily report of work achievements.

There may be additional responsibilities that come up as time goes on.

You will be required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.

I am looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship. I am not interested if you plan to be constantly looking for new work.
