Hello All,

I would like to set up brand new hosting environment my web applications (as of now running on other service providers) and SMTP Server to send bulk mails 50k on daily basis.

What i have:
1. A windows Server with advanced configuration, we can install dual OS.
2. High speed internet (Please suggest for best performance what is speed is required).
What i want:
1. Setting up of Hosting Environment (LAMP, Linux, Apache, Mysql, PHP 5.0 or above) to deploy my web application.
2. Setting up of SMTP Server to send Bulk mails (50K Per Day)
3. Advanced bulk mail software (Mails should not go to spam folder of user)
4. Hosting environment should take care of all security related issues. No hackers.

Please bid if you are experienced in setting up of these kind of environment along with bid rate and duration.

2. Your Approach (High Level Design)
