We need an experienced php, mySQL and html developer to help us finish our new gay social networking site bearcentral.com. The pages we are looking to revamp are:
Profile pages: Want to include member reviews, blogs, and thumbnails of their friends (called den members and trackers on our site). There currently are links to reviews, blogs etc. but we want to have the beginning of the actual blog, review, etc. on this page. We will provide an exact example of this page from our designer to the developer.
Add an advanced search feature to allow more complex searches. We will provide exact search fields.
Add intercepts at various site pages to encourage visitors to join the site.
Create City summary pages for major cities, starting with San Francisco, Chicago and New York. This summary page will have featured profile thumbnails, listings, reviews etc. We will provide an exact example of this page from our designer to the developer.
Create an administrative member management system so we can manage our users – change passwords, track activity, etc. We will provide a full list of functionality required to the developer.
Please provide examples of previous jobs worked on that fit our job requirements as well as an estimated hourly or project cost. Ongoing maintenance and programming likely necessary after successful completion of these specific tasks after site launch.
