Bookstore With MS Visual C++

You need to work out the operations of a library from the point of view of a library patron. As a minium, you need to design and implement these operations.

– Borrow books (patron)
– Return books (patron)
– Renew books (patron)
– Check current loans (patron)

Provide a simple text-based menu which enables the library patron to use your program. Library staff can add books and patrons to the library. Make sure you design a simple menu so that users do not get confused.

STL data structures can be used in this program. You must use the Binary search tree and the STL map data structures.

Your program should be able to save and load data using files. So that, you dont need to enter all the books and patron data every time your run your program. Data can be saved using the CSV format.

As borrowed books have a due date, you can use the date class and to keep track of the due dates.

Book data need to entry and store:

For Aragorn Only – Flash Game: Put The Note On The Staff

Project: Create a childrens flash music game that helps them learn to place/write notes on the treble and bass staves.

Outline: Game is to be created like past games (same colors, format, etc) and has score card and email sender. The game basically includes levels 1,2 and 3 where a note is lit up on a keyboard and the player needs to "drag and drop" a whole note on the staff line/space that indicates the keyboard note. The staff highlights a certain area on the treble or bass staff so that player knows which octave the keyboard note is within.

Pest Control For Manufacturing

We need information and documentation on "how" for the specifics on this project, the solutions available and how to implement them. In short, this is the information for what were looking for, documentation to help us to determine and implement a:

1. Full analysis of what measures can be taken at our OEMs to improve pest control, specifically targeting mosquitoes and similar.

I require small changes to be made to a OrangeHRM installation.

IPad & IPhone Application For Data Exchange With Office

We need an application for data exchange between field staff and office. Field staff view data collected from the office back-end and from one or two Internet sources. Field staff also fill-out forms on an iPad/Android-Pad and need to send this back to the office back-end. The application needs to work in the store-and-forward mode, that is to syncronise with the office system whenever a mobile connection is available. The office back-end is a SQL server database. There is an application already which reads data from the database and stores data into the same database.

You only need to develop the front end – the mobile app.

The initial project is for one such application, but we may need up to 12 similar customised apps in the near future (12 months).

For this project we need iPad development, but if you can develop for Android-Pads also, it is an added bonus.

Joomla Event Component Booking & Invoicing System

1. An administrator for the site adds events based on training days.
2. HR managers for a number of companies (approx. 80) have logins for the website where they book members of their staff onto training days.
3. E-mail confirmation is sent to the HR manager and the number of staff that is booked.
4. An e-mail must automatically send 7 days before the event to remind attendees of the event.
5. Trainer sends an attendee list to the administrator on the day of the event and the administrator enters this information to the backend.
6. The component then calculates the total price to charge that company and the administrator can generate an invoice for the chosen company (drop down) with the following details: Date of event, Name of Event, Name of Attendee, Price.
7. The HR manager of a company must be able to log in to the site and unbook a member of staff up to 2 days before the event.

SugarCRM Setup Help And Customisation

We have just installed sugarCRM Community Edition to help manage our SEO business.

We need some help in setting it up, we can show you an example of how we want it done from a competitors site.

Basically we will need a webform so that a reseller can apply, they fill out details that we want to collect, this then lets them login to sugarcrm passing all details to sugar crm,

Once they have logged in they have 5 tabs,

Cakephp 1.3 Availability Calendar

Need for a model, view and controller for any availability calendar. Staff members will enter their availability into a table, a availability calendar will then populate when staff members are availability.

E.G Staff member enters available form Monday 7am to 10am, graphical calendar will then show that staff member is available at that time, the calendar must be able to show all or selected staff members.

Code must be compatible with Cakephp 1.3, no exceptions.

Contact DB System

We have an existing mySQL DB that is used to manage a marketing contact list of approximately 250,000. Presently, we have a DBA who is required to perform any actions, reports, imports, exports, etc. We want to enable an interface and infrastructure for any nonDBA (secretary, manager, anyone) to be able to easily conduct 100% of all data management.

Presently, we create a datalink from the DB to MS Excel for a couple staff members to work with the data. This is cumbersone and the datalink can be unreliable. Plus, there are data management functions that Excel does not do.

You will need to do the following:
1. Recreate a new database system.
2. Create a user interface that anyone in our staff can use for all DB functions.
3. Host the DB on GoDaddy or someplace else that we mutually agree.
4. Import the existing DB.
5. Design import and export processes with various other IT systems that we have. In particular, we have a CRM system and an email distribution system that each need to mechanisms to interface with the SQL DB and/or have a clear and reliable process to exchange and update data.
6. Setup backup processes.
7. Thorough document the system and all processes.
8. Train our staff on its use.

Staff Roster

I am a project manager for a service that involves employing independent resources for short-term projects. We typically like to utilize the same people, if possible. While previously tracking who is working on each project in a large spreadsheet was ok, as soon as the number of projects exceeded 20, and the resources exceeded 300, it became difficult to manage.

I use a Mac, but most people in my company use PCs. I would like a system developed in Filemaker Pro that will record, for each project, identifying information for the project, and then all staff on the project. I would then need to query/report on individual employees, projects or global statistics on all projects.

I can provide file layouts and am willing to work long-distance.

Topic Intro

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE ALREADY 1) based on storyboarding…some voice-recordings and most of #1 above completed in Flash CS5 (probably could convert to CS4) and 2) some rough drawings of train & tracks which could be discarded or modifed to use with #2 above. The idea is to have show the train as metaphor for research and the team members acting as safety/specialists who direct train away from dangers like cliff & running over the public/patient. 3) we have checked out some music we could suggest. 4) staff photos done in front of white background for easy cropping.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BY YOU: Finish project that has several different elements/scenes planned inc. 1) a slideshow-ish presentation with voice-over and images, 2) cartoon-ish animation introducing team, 3) edit/apply background music as appropriate to fairly serious subject (free or cheap is fine as long as there are no copyright or licensing problems possible).

WHAT WE STILL NEED TO DONE HERE: 1) Take another photo of full group, probably at door of the office, 2) edit script for the train scenario, 3) get staff to record the script. These can be done within week if you could start working on the train/track piece so we have a draft to best edit the voice script.

Note on software: I like the idea of having work done in Adobe suite so we could modify it in future if necessary.

Note on price: If I dont get a good price, I will just repost for the train piece alone.
