I am looking for an experienced marketing person to help build traffic and usage of a website. I need someone to work on White Hat techniques – building back links, posting on forums, commenting on blogs, link wheels, social networking – the full gambit of activity.

I would ideally like to offer a share of revenues together with a small retainer. Initial 3 month trial, based on monthly milestone payments in arrears of $100 per month. Will also pay 20% bonus on revenues made by the site. (over the past 6 months that would have netted a bonus of well over $1,000)

I dont have time to work on this site right now. Someone will also be recruited to write a weekly blog and we have a researcher who handles data updates and things.

Hi I have one client, that has a new site,

the domain is a .me

Site is a content site at the moment, it has 1000s of words and all onpage is targeting the following keyword. The domain is under 1 month old.

Keyword: Payday Loans No Credit Check << on Google.co.uk

If your good we build over 20 new sites per month and will be able to outsource all work to you.

I have a agreement with this large scale law firm that, they will not pay my company until we get the keyword on page one. So do not ask for money upfront.

Do not ask me to escrow, and tie up my own personal money because will not do that too.

One thing I can say is I can pay you on Gaf a 20% deposit after you get the keyword / site ranked in the TOP 10 pages of google, then 20% more once you get it to top 5 pages, then last 60% when it hits page one.

As Client will not pay until the keywords hit page one of google, So i would pay you out of my own personal pocket as we go, but will not pay a single penny until you get it to top 10 pages on google for the given keyword.
