The problem:

All digital products are set up correctly in the correct folder.

Visitors can add the products to their cart.

Visitors can check out via paypal

Visitor is redirected back to the website but they do not recieve the digital download link

Visitor receives an email with a download link that does not work.

Sales have dropped on our website. Number of visits is about 5,000 a month. I want to increase this traffic to 10,000 a month by any means but they must be genuine UK visitors looking for bicycles and accessories. My Google analytics will be able to tell if someone is just running a scam script to make it look like I have had more visitors. So far we have had 620 visitors today and 1250 this month.

I want the amount of visitors (243) on the site to fluxuate between 127 and 345 and refresh every 15 minutes
I want the amount of visitor (620) today to start at 1 and go up to 1500-1900 over a period of 24 hours. this amount is to be added to the amount of visitors (1250) this month at the end of the 24 hour period.
I want the amont of visitors this month (1250) to reset itself to 0 at the end of the month.

I want to be able to edit the script at any time.

I am thinking that it can be built using html and css and i can edit the css file when i need too.
