Searching for experienced freelance WEB designer to design different pages of my companies portals. We are working on classifieds market. Preferably candidate would have experience is making designing for job sites (e.g. monster.co.uk, careerbuilder.com, etc). We dont need fancy designs with tons of graphics. Mostly jobs would cover redesigning of existing pages (classifieds listings, forms, campaign pages, etc) with mostly replacement of element places, making it easier to use. We accept more minimalistic Google style instead of something overcrowded.

Currently we are in a need to redesign the main job ads table with some additional features that are being developed right now.

It would be superb if you could draw and cut (valid CSS/xHTML) your designing.
Possibilities to receive an invoice for the work would also be preferable.
Responsibility on meeting strict deadlines and perfection to the work would be admired very much.
We also would like to make payments in 1 month range from the day we receive the job done (we can start from tiny job to raise trust).
