We wish to set a cookie so when someone access the site for the first time, redirect index works for the next 4 hours, eg. if he comes back 1 hour later, redirect works, however if he comes again 5 hours later, instead of being redirected to appropriate index* he gets redirected to indexOLDVISITOR.php (this page will be the same for all operating systems).
This cookie should expire after 5 days.
