Due to specific nature of product (web design service) and the way we handle things (bill people only upon successful project realization), theres actually no need for refunds at all. You only pay when your project is completed aka when you are completely satisfied with with our work. No shipping is necessary, so nothing can happen in transit – you will pay only when you are completely satisfied/when everything is delivered to you, and we communicate a lot during project realization/prior to billing.
