We need a ton of graphic elements created (buttons, images, flash and others) for various website projects we have.
We need a long term resource who can work with us on creating these elements. The work is not bulk and neither it is short term.
Some days we would need say 4-5 button images some days an entire flash demo for 5 minutes. The resource should be creative, colorful and artistic. The rate we plan on giving is based on each element or if they want a flat rate we can work out something on that also.
Our budgets are based on each website and the elements that website needs updated. Some sites have more elements and hence more budget.
