You should:
– register account at free hosting (for "beautiful flowers" you can use only subdomain "beautifulflowers" or "beautiful-flowers", not "beutflo123")
– for hosings that provide FTP access: upload files I give you
– for hosings that provide only visual editor: upload text (only one page per site), rename homepage to keyword, add meta-tags title and description, insert statistics code (Javascript) and banner with link
– give me the list of ready sites with passwords (beautifulflowers.jigsy.com, passwordused, e-mail_used)
When you create several accounts at one hosting you should use different IPs.
Ill give test $30 projects to several freelancers. Those who meet all requirements will continue to work with me on long-term project. Thats why please bid thirty one dollar so I can see that you read all details.
And mention in bid how much sites can you register and upload for this bid. Note that its not as simple as just comment or post to forum.

Blog Comments:
I would like to have backlinks to my homepage and deeplinks from blog commenting to my web-page at following conditions:
a) 1000 backlinks with anchor texts
b) each backlink from a different IP
c) All links must be Do-follow
d) Only English Webpages
e) Not more than 50 outgoing other links
f) permanent links
Page Rank of Blog doesnt matter, but link must be permanent and public viewable. I will request a excel file that opens the page by clicking on the url for each link. I will pay 50% of the money after I checked the links, 25% of the money 30 days after, and 25% after 60 days to be sure the links are premanent.
No Black hat or Grey hat allowed! No Automated Comments, all comments must be relevenat to the blog, and clearly not spam!
1000 links should be build over 2 months time. Max. 30 per day.
