Through the steam friends interface you are able to add a friend.
I require a tool made which will take a list of usernames from a .txt file and attempt to add them to the account. the friends which are successfully added to the account should be noted down.

its an automatic process instead of manually entering a friends name via steam. the tool goes through a list of usernames and adds them to the account.
